Newly renovated, and with all new décor, Beach Dreamer is a delightful one-story, 4-bedroom home between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, in Seacrest. It’s within walking distance of distinctive eateries, fine dining, and one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques. A convenient tram will take you to and from the beach access point, along beautiful 30A. Plus, the community pool is the second biggest in all of Florida! We loved our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for us, everything was clean, and property management was easy to get a hold of the one time we needed them. The house is in a great location just a short walk to the pool. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but to be completely honest it was not our best stay/ experience in rental vacation home, and we do this quite often. The house was in a great location! Easy access to the beach and entertainment. In general the house was clean and was comfortable, but there were a few details, for example, the laundry room doors did not close, which wasn’t really that big of a deal. For a 1 week stay, we found it odd that we were given 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, for example, in a house that is supposed to sleep 9 or 10? This was odd and weird, you would expect basic needs like this to be better covered. The house should also have some additional items in the closets like additional pillows or blankets maybe, just for a better experience for the guest. We really liked the app and how it had all the information we needed there. Overall we had a great time, but we did not love our stay.

We had a great week at Beach Dreamer! The house was so cute, the pictures don't do it justice! It's very spacious plenty of room for everyone to sit together in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have multiple bathrooms. My only complaint about the beds were the sheets not staying on. The corners pop off because of the mattress covers, they need to get the sheet clips that help keep them on. It was an easy walk to the pool, which was really nice! The beach is a bit far for walking, but the tram stop is almost right next to the house, which was very convenient, and worked out great!! We would definitely stay there again, we had such a great week!!

We've been coming to this area for 3 or 4 years now. It's gradually changing. Pool was crowded, security spent a lot of time blowing their whistles. That area of 30a has changed a lot in 3 years. It reminds me of a nicer version of Panama City Beach 25 years ago. Crowded, lots of young people drinking. Too many investors have bought and are doing the whole short term rental deal. I'm just an renter myself so I'm just making an observation. The property manager was a bit slow to respond via VRBO msg. Nice house all on one level and it was clean.

This house is fantastic. Great location and lots of room inside - plus no houses on either side. Tram stop at the corner and easy walk or bike to shops, restaurants, beach. Many extras included that you have to pay for at other places, like bikes, beach chairs, beach equipment and toys. Furnishings are very nice and plenty of seating, dishes, utensils, etc. Our family has stayed in this area before and this house was perfect and for the price, most others cannot compare. We highly recommend this house and would stay in it again. Oversee Rentals also does a great job on the management side, from original booking to departure.

Great house. It was just as described. Property management company was very accommodating. They gave us a 3 hour late check out. Several things could use improvement. Bedrooms only have blinds. Would be nice to have some kind of darkening or black out shades. It gets very bright at sunrise. They have no control over this so just an FYI. There are homes under construction next door and across the street so there is a lot of construction noise now and will probably be for the next 6-8 months. Hall bath shower drains slowly. Bikes need some maintenance. The bed sheets are very thin, low thread count and the fitted sheet corners slipped off continuously during the night while sleeping. We personally rent vacation properties often and we own some too. These are some things that are typically provided and we are used to seeing that were lacking. A bar of soap, not just body wash. More than 1 roll of TP per bath. Box of tissues per bath. 1 or 2 washing machine pods or detergent packets. Salt & pepper. At least 1 coffee filter per days of rental.

This is our second stay at one of their properties and we will always book through them from now on.

This house is so cute, clean and comfy. We had 3 couples and it was perfect. It has been recently, totally updated and decorated beautifully! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch during the rain storms. The shuttle stop is right beside the house, and we used it to get back and forth to the beach. We had a great time!

Great location, great space
It was a great setup for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The main area was very roomy and it was nice having the teenagers' bedrooms separate from the master. :-) The front porch was great to sit and relax on. Close to a tram stop as well.

"Toes in the Water" was even better than the pictures!! Our family had an amazing, relaxing, much needed vacation!! The home was in the perfect location and very quiet until the "teen biker gangs" would ride past. We enjoyed watching and listening to their music, laughter, and chatting from our screened-in porch. They were also having a GREAT time! The kitchen was very well equipped for any type of cooking, baking and grilling. We did that most of the time we were there. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the air conditioner. I called about 8pm and management responded within 2 minutes and showed up within 10. He checked it out and called a repairman who was very courteous and promptly fixed our issue. All in, under an hour! I was extremely impressed! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and this rental, just keep my week available for our family, we will be back!
