Coastal Cabana is a tastefully decorated and completely updated 4 BR +loft/3.5 BA beach home and in the ABSOLUTE PERFECT LOCATION - THE FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD! It is one of the shortest walks to the beach in the Seacrest North community. Located on a large corner lot with a long, private driveway. You'll love kicking back on the two large wrap-around decks, or the third floor sunset balcony, to enjoy the fresh breezes of the gulf! Coastal Cabana’s open floor plan features a stylish living and dining room, and an updated gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a large first floor bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. On the second floor is the large master and it’s stunning bath ensuite. The house was just as described. Very clean, close to the pool and beach as well as many restaurants. Having the tram for all our beach stuff was so nice. The house had everything we needed. The older kids loved the 3rd floor area to hang out. Lulu was an amazing host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place for a family vacation with our family of 5 plus both sets grandparents! The house was spacious for our group and plenty of bathroom space and a kitchen table big enough for all of us. Primary suite was very large and had plenty of room for a pack n play without making us crowded. All of the supplies we needed were there, including liter bottles of shampoo and body wash in the showers! The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had. The house was clean, much more so than 2 other properties I’ve stayed at at Seacrest before. Great location for beach, pool and walking to shops! Side door entrance through the laundry gave us a great spot to kick off shoes and drop our towels straight in the washer.
This is not the hosts fault but the beach was very very crowded. We used the access and walked down a little way and just stayed in the tide in front of the private area. That worked for us because we aren’t all day beach goers. I tried reserving chairs a week in advance and they were full so I would recommend trying a month or so out. That would make for a better experience. When I asked, the host also gave me suggestions for public access a short drive away but we didn’t check it out.
Don’t snooze on the ice cream at Smallcakes (love the toasted marshmallow) and tacos at LaCo…both were amazing!
We will stay at this house again in the future!

We loved the neighborhood, house and community lagoon pool! We could easily walk to Rosemary and Alys for restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to beach but it was extra nice for the use of the neighborhood tram. Would definitely book again !

This was our family’s 2nd vacation staying at Coastal Cabana and our 2nd stay was just as wonderful as our first! The house is truly a home away from home for us, as it is clean, comfortable, and Lulu is the best hostess. She is professional and responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the stay at her home is flawless. The location of the home couldn’t be better - right at the tram stop and a quick walk away from the pool. We even discovered the parks right behind the property this year, which my kids loved. 10/10 recommend, and we will be back next year! Thanks Lulu!!

What an amazing week we had in this beautiful well appointed, furnished, and inviting home!! We enjoyed all 3 decks and took some beautiful photos of the sunsets! Was great having the loft which our kids used in the evenings when they wanted to get away!!
LuLu is the best ever to work with!! She ALWAYS answered my many messages and questions within a reasonable time frame and never made me feel like I was a bother!!
Her home is stocked with all that a family will need to make their stay that much easier!! Having the pool/ beach towels and beach chairs for us to use was the best since we flew down from MD. Plus there are lot of other beach and pool goods there to use!!
The tram stop right across the street made our stay all the better!! The tram staff were great and always helped with getting chairs up and on the back if needed. The pool is close enough to walk to which was nice, but the beach is where the tram was indeed a great added benefit!! Or you can bike there!!
I definitely recommend renting bikes for your stay unless you have a car! We rented ours right there at Peddlers. The bikes were our major form of transportation for the week unless we needs to Uber to somewhere much further than I wanted to bike!! We had lots of fun on the bikes ! Went to to Rosemary Beach frequently for shopping, eating , or just seeing the sites!! Also bikes to Alys Beach for the sites! Both areas are beautiful but Rosemary has far more to offer!!
We loved our Seacrest neighborhood and how well maintained and quite it was!! Great place to bike, walk , or run in!! We enjoyed having the variety of places to eat and enjoy some cocktails and shop in right their in the neighborhood as well! Was perfect when we wanted to grab something to eat or drink and stay closer to home!!

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 teens, one 10 year old and one baby) had a great week at Coastal Cabana. House was exactly as pictured and worked great for our group. The corner lot makes it seem more spacious and the shuttle across the street is great. Parking out front and on the side in addition to the driveway was very nice. The house temp was nice and cool except on the top floor during late afternoon which was not an issue since we were usually out anyway. The beach chairs, umbrella and toys also were put to good use.
Unfortunately, the timing of our trip in mid-July was not a good choice. We ended up driving to Inlet Beach every beach day since Seacrest is ridiculously crowded and the very expensive rental chairs take most of the available space. But we loved Inlet Beach and had lots of space to do "beach".

Perfect Seacrest Beach stay
The house was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It is situated very close to the beach access and in easy walking or biking distance to Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Great Location and home!
We had a great time at the Coastal Cabana. The house is beautiful, exactly as posted. We cooked a ton, and the kitchen was fully stocked - even a cheese grater! We have stayed at places before that are way understocked and makes the trip much harder. Great washer and dryer. Good space for the 9 of us. Owner / prop manager was very communicative, helpful and very prompt to reply. The added chairs and umbrella were great! The grill worked awesome. Overall loved our stay.
The only downsides for us - and not something that the property manager could help - 1. The seacrest beach is SOOO overpopulated - if you don't want to be scouring for spots, this is not the place for you - there's not enough beach for how things have built up. For us, we have little kids, and just wanted a little space, and ability to relax, and that was super hard on the beach. 2. The pool - it's AWESOME - but.... it was closed 3/7 days there. 2 because someone cut their foot and it had to be drained and 1 bc of a poop issue and had to be shocked - just frustrating and hard when the two main reasons for us were the beach and pool.
The owner, Lulu, was great at trying to offer us some suggestions of other things - and the public beach down the road was lovely.
Overall, again, this house and the property were great. Loved it. Just very populated now and people need to prepare themselves for that! Lulu - thanks for all your help!

Incredible vacation at Coastal Cabana!
My family & I were able to spend a week at Coastal Cabana and we had an incredible time. The house was larger than we expected from the photos, and stunning in person. Large ceilings, great design and decor made it a perfect home for our vacation. We were able to walk to lunch/dinners, check out the beach through the property tram, and use the pool most days. We had a phenomenal stay and will definitely be back!

Best week ever!!
We had the best week at Coastal Cabana. The location was absolutely perfect and the house was even better. Super clean, plenty of space for my family of 4 and my older parents. The first floor bedroom was perfect for them! We took the second floor and that was perfect for us to have the kids down the hall from us in the bunk room. We could’ve easily had another family stay with us too - there was another bedroom and we barely used the 3rd floor (which was awesome, we just had plenty of space!!) - Lulu is an EXCELLENT communicator and is very friendly and quick to respond. I’d stay at any of her properties any day!! Truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you Lulu - we will be back!!
