Large condo close to Arena and DT. Comfortable bedding. Nice TV with screen mirroring and good sized couch.
Small bath and shower, could be a issue for old and large folks.
No stove or Laundry. Listing as described and a good value. Will stay again

This area has a great variety of food options! Very close to event venues and downtown area. The loft is beautiful and well furnished. The Florida heavy rains do cause a roof leak though that echoes.

My husband, son and I were in Pensacola visiting family. This property was so perfect for us as it was close to our daughters house and to the downtown area. We walked everywhere…to breakfast, lunch and dinner and to all the shopping. The property is one my most favorite places we’ve stayed, it was such a unique and beautiful building and was furnished so nicely, it had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everything. I tried to rent it again in two weeks when we’re back but it’s already booked. But we will definitely rent this one again in the future.

My husband and I chose this place because we wanted to explore the mainland of Pensacola as well as the beach. It’s super spacious and we loved the hip, mid-century, industrial vibe! It’s super close to all our favorite things in the area!

Loved staying at this property, host was great and very helpful. Short/beautiful ride to the beach. Also the perfect location if you have any events at the Bay Center. Will stay again :)

We've rented many homes over the years and this property is near the top. Beautiful historic building. Gorgeous walkable neighborhood. Easy access to beaches and downtown. We stayed for a week with two kids and the space was enough for 4. We utilized the kitchen to the max but wish there was a little more to it as there is only a mini fridge, toaster oven, and microwave (even though we knew this before arrival). Overall our experience was great and our host came to check on us after a nasty storm. Would recommend.

Communication with owner was great- he was very responsive! The place itself is so unique and well-maintained. I stayed with my husband and one year old, and while I wouldn’t say it’s “baby friendly,” we had absolutely no issues keeping him safe and happy. Near downtown, and was easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay again!

Really neat property. We had an event at the Pensacola Bay Center and it was a 5 minute walk each way.

The rental of property was great. The only thing was I misunderstood about the kitchen. There is no stove and refrigerator at this property , however I made it work. The owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. Beautiful lift style property. I would stay again at this location.

PROS: unique & large space, super comfy bed, close to town, two bikes for use, Joe is very responsive
CONS: very tiny bathroom with no space for toiletries, shower would be problematic if you are a bigger person, pretty loud street noise.
OVERALL: would recommend

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the place was very clean and quiet. We loved having use of the bikes and it was easy to Uber over to the beach and around town. Just a heads up the stairs up to one of the sleeping areas are quite steep and more like a ladder and the bathroom is a tight squeeze-- this was not an issue for us but something to keep in mind as it may not be ideal for older individuals or those with mobility issues.

This property was perfect for our needs. Josh was extremely accommodating, which we greatly appreciated. Location couldn't have been better, and the property was so unique. We will definitely want to stay here again!!

This was a great little place. It’s close to a lot of things. We walked to breakfast and there was a lovely local arts & crafts fair going on so we spent some time strolling through that. Apparently it’s every Saturday.
The beds are comfy. You do hear street noise and the heating system is exposed and loud, but it adds to the experience.
We had an issue with our door login code but it was rectified with one call to the owners.
The one thing I wished for during the trip was for bottled water to help me take my meds at night. We got in rather late and there was nothing in the house so we had to walk to the nearest store. I got scared during that walk to the store because there was a lady who was clearly high on something walking down the middle of the street talking nonsense. It made me wonder about the neighborhood. But most of the homes are beautiful and people take a lot of pride in their upkeep.

Well-located close to downtown, with an array of restaurants in walkable distance. Super cool loft space that brings the history of Pensacola to life! The place was super clean and lots of places to hang from dining to TV. Shower also had the best pressure! Definitely recommend

We stayed here for three nights and I would definitely stay here again. It's a unique, historic property on the outer edge of downtown, close to many fantastic restaurants, museums, etc... The loft was clean and comfortable and provided all of the necessary amenities that we required.

My wife and I love the history and architecture of this building and the neighborhood. 10 minutes from the beach(es) but also in an intriguing neighborhood.
Josh needs to call us when he's ready to sell it.

Super neat unit, lots of awesome architectural details. Had a couple of minor issues- technical difficulty with the lock on arrival and another tenant blocking our parking. Though neither were his fault, the owner was SUPER quick to respond and take care of them. Very spacious living area and the bed was super comfy!

It was exactly what I was looking for when trying to surprise my wife when visiting for a friend's wedding. A big space with lots of room for activities. We'll absolutely use this place again next time we come to Pensacola

Totally unique and beautiful space
Our little family stayed for a weekend and the space is just the epitome of vintage beauty! My kids loved the loft bed area and we all slept really comfortably. It’s within walking distance to breakfast and near a Publix. Josh was very helpful and quick to respond with questions. We accidentally left my husband’s business suit in the fabulous vintage wardrobe and Josh was kind enough to gather and mail it to us! Amazing people and amazing space!

This house was amazing and the picutres don't do it justice! It was within walking distance of our cheer compeition venue so I was sold on location but the moment we walked in I was in awe! First I want to say how great of communiators Josh is! Perfect instructions of where to park and how to get in the home even added a couple days on to our stay at the last mintue and super thankful we did. My kiddo was super excited about the loft and the work area (school work). The home was very clean, beds were soft, and the neighborhood was quiet. Lots of people out walking. If we go back to next year for cheer I will for sure book here again. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!

This loft is located in a very quaint and quiet neighborhood. The only drawback is the miniscule cooking area, but there are plenty of great dining spots within a mile radius and beyond. And if you are a hefty person the toilet my be a bit of a squeeze to get to.

Exquisite Property
The online photos do not do the real beauty of this property justice. From floors to walls to ceiling, it is reminiscent of a New York City loft. The furnishings, lighting and linens or all top shelf. I had a bit of trouble locating the place, but the owner was very helpful. The bay bridge makes getting to the beach very easy… I would much rather stay in Pensacola than on the beach. The owner left a list of excellent restaurants to try, so I didn’t waste time and never had a bad meal. I would definitely stay here again.

This old bike shop that is now a vacation rental is a unique, clean, and great place to stay. It is as advertised and the pictures are accurate. Communication with the owner was great, and the location is near the Civic Center and a short drive or bike ride to the downtown area. Be aware that as of April 202, due to hurricane damage the Pensacola Bridge is closed and, what would be a 10-minute drive to the beach is now an hour drive each way... Hopefully, the bridge will be back in action in the near future.

Nice Historic Building
I was very pleased with this property. The pictures online truly represented what the property was. It was very clean, well decorated, and had a lot of character. This is a good location for a couple who is looking for something a little different. The kitchenette will allow you to have snacks and beverages handy, but is not designed to cook all of your meals on site. For me, that was perfectly okay. This location is very close to many great places to eat as well as shopping in the downtown area. I lived in Pensacola for a while for work and knew exactly what I was getting into with this location. I was very happy with my stay and will try to book this location again on my next trip down.
