If you like to go out to eat there are plenty of restaurants close by! If you are more comfortable eating in these days grocery stores are close by. We have a fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances to make your stay enjoyable. Wake up and head to the beach to see the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean just steps from this ground floor unit. St. Augustine has 42 miles of beautiful beaches with soft white sand. The historic downtown area has a great vibe with a variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. If beach life isn’t your thing there are tons of historical sites for you to visit in America’s oldest city. If you want to see amazing views you can even climb to the top of the light house! There is always something for you to do! This two bedroom two bath condo includes a primary en-suite bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV with cable & roku. The second bedroom includes two sets of twin bunkbeds and a flat screen TV with roku. Relax and enjoy game time or a movie on the flat screen smart TV and blu ray DVD in the living room. The complex has two pools (the smaller pool is heated) and five jacuzzis. Have some fun on the tennis court, racquet ball court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard and bocci courts! There is something for everyone! Cleaning fee $250 for any bookings 14 days or more. Sorry but NO PETS, NO SMOKING AND NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Positives: location, easy access to beach, hot tub close by, well stocked kitchen. Could be better: kitchen is small, furniture could be more comfortable. Had trouble with both toilets running.

The location was great, the unit was clean and as described. The kids really enjoyed the beach access. We were in town to see the Christmas light displays in town, but found a lot of other things to do as well. I recommend this property if you have kids (dual bunk beds were a plus), ground floor made access easy. Nice unit.

It was amazing! Exactly like the pictures and Lisa was so responsive! Everything was so nice and loved the resort. It was so kind Lisa left us a bottle of champagne since she knew it was our honeymoon! Really appreciated everything that was there if you forgot anything. Overall, just a great place to stay! Would definitely book again!

This is a more quiet area, which I like. Still a short drive to St. Augustine and all the hustle and bustle when you want it. The beach is literally steps away, the heated pool was great for the morning, Guy Harvey restaurant next door if you choose and a wonderful mini-golf is just a short walk. we played two nights and had ice cream cones afterward, then strolled back to the condo. Beds were comfortable, signage made instructions clear for use and plenty of supplies. We would definitely book this condo again.

First time renting through VRBO and the experience was awesome. The unit was in a great location, clean and very organized. I’ll keep this short and sweet: My girlfriend and I traveled to St. Augustine for our anniversary and to celebrate Independence Day. I’ve stayed in nice places countless times, but the little attention to details here raised the bar. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it was the perfect getaway for us. Clean, comfortable, stocked with cooking utensils and anything you could need on vacation. Lisa really went above and beyond here and as a result she gets 5 stars and we will most definitely be back.

This property is absolutely wonderful! The owners have made it cozy and extremely accommodating. Anything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. My kids couldn't decide if they liked the beach or the pools better. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

St Augustine and northern Florida should not be missed. Beautiful beaches, a lot of history, good restaurants and overall great feel make this a part of the state that should definately be visited. St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet, where this unit is located, was convenient to everything and was well appointed. The beach and pool we just what was needed on this get away. If you are looking for a wonderful place to visit, I would recommend this one highly! Lisa was a pleasure to work with!

First time renting or vacationing for length of time 30 days. Lisa's condo took any anxiousness or apprehension away as we quickly felt at home as she provided anything you would need for an extended stay. Beach was amazing with plenty of places to go and see nearby, plenty of restaurant options some within walking distance. Would definitely consider return visit.

This condo was awesome! Steps from beach as stated and the condo was equipped with anything you could imagine. Favorite restaurants were Oasis and Conch house. Did the boat tour also Night of Light tour. We had a great time!!!!

We had a fantastic vacation with my family, the unit was very neat and clean and location could not be better. We enjoyed our stay at the property. My Dad was able to fish in the 2 lakes at the resort, and the distance from the beach was not far. Also, she property owner gave us some great suggestions for dining out.

We go to St Augustine every year, this is our 2nd time staying at the ocean racquet club and we love it, super close to the beach, kids loved it, bathroom and kitchen updated very nice, plenty of room for everyone, neighborhood is quiet, we definitely plan on booking this unit again next year for our vacation

We loved everything about this property! The check-in and in-home directions/guidance were superb and easy to follow. The walk to the beach was super short and the owners provided beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys and a cooler. The only thing missing was a beach umbrella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon! :)

We loved our stay here. This place has all kinds of stuff if you want to cook during your stay, loved the showers, the bed is comfortable and beach chairs and other items for the beach which is a very short walk from the condo. We will stay again if available during our next stay in St Augustine.

My daughter and her husband just returned from their honeymoon at this sweet St. Augustine condo. They report that they loved every minute of it and can’t wait to go back. They also said it was a 10 out of 10 and “Clean, and very cute, it was quite lot of space with a fully equipped kitchen. They even had extra things if you forgot them (sunscreen, toiletries, etc.)” Thanks to Lisa for making her place so comfortable - and for leaving a bottle of Prosecco for the newlyweds. Perfect!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We didn't need many of the items we brought! The surrounding property was quiet and well maintained. Greta security with the gate keepers! Our host answered any concerns promptly and was very congenial. I would definitely stay here again and recommned to others.
