Breakfast was good in a nice setting and the location was convenient.
Bed was as hard as a rock. Also did not appreciate having to check in and check out at another hotel down the road.

1. Location was excellent. Only 3-4 minutes to the Fontana di Trevi. Also the Piazza di Spagna is just around the corner.
2. The breakfast initially looked quite small but it really offered everything one needs: Coffee, tea, fresh fruits, baked goods (muffins, cake, pancakes), boiled eggs, various toasts, mini sandwiches, juices, etc. The cappuccino was delicious.
1. The water drainage in our room didn't work very well which is a bit challenging when 3 people need to shower. But it's not the end of the world.

Perfect location, very kind staff at the hotel and at reception, very clean room, always fresh and quality towels, excellent breakfast located on the top floor with spectacular view with kind breakfast staff, silent environment during the night. Location fantastic, in the middle of all Rome attractions, all available in short minutes walk, even the Vatican yo can reach through interesting walk. Absolutely recommended. Worth for money.
maybe more adjusted shower DRAIN that is too slow with waste water slow accumulation, but it can be used normally, not so great problem. Please consider to fix this. Other facilities work properly.

the breakfast was great, the location was also amazing! you could definitely walk everywhere, and it took us about 35 minutes to walk to the Vatican. the rooms were good but nothing special.
the elevator was sketchy and there could have been a bit better ventilation in our room, otherwise it was good.

The staff were Exceptional, the hotel. Is in a great location, breakfast was nice and located in the 5th floor, great view from the 5th floor terrace.
The bath was in bad shape, the a/c didn't work

Daily house keeping, location.
My window was opened to air wall. When I opened the window nasty smell filled the room. They dont have reception, share the reception from another hotel. It was a surprise when I checked in. I had a problem with wi-fi, called the reception and they claimed that my device can have a problem. But problem was clearly their poor wi-fi. I had to use my devices at the “reception”.

Bed and pillows too hard.

the location is very good, we stayed on 4th floor, there is an elevator so we didnt carry our bags, breakfast is on 5th floor and we recommend it! breakfast was really good. the bathroom was really good as well, hot water comes very quickly and bathroom was very clean. bed and sheets were very clean as well. employees are also very friendly and smiley :)
the only thing we didnt like is heating, the air condition works but it takes while for it to warm the room, it wasnt winter and it wasnt too cold outside but we could like the room warmer after taking baths, maybe they put extra radiator in winter time.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was polite and helpful especially when we had an issue with the room. Best value for the location you get. I would certainly go back again as long as they sort out our issue with the leak in the room.
There was a small hick up. We had a leak from the ceiling and still awaiting for a compensation/solution but otherwise everything else was perfect.

The location is very convenient.
The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom needed some structural attention.

Nice little hotel close to everything. Very cosy and very clean. Rooms are a little small, but have the right "Roma"-atmosphere. Having breakfast at the roof-terrasse was an ekstra plus. Breakfast was very nice and above average. Check-in is at Hotel Concordia, but that was no problem. Great Base for exploring Rome.

The hotel was extremely clean, with a very nice and cute staff. Also the location is lit, it's 2 minutes to Trevi by foot.
The room was horrible, not convenient at also. Also there was no normal window! You can't even tell what whether it is outside.

This hotel and booking.com rates for it are a scam
This was an absolute rip off by Booking.com a disgrace. This is an absolute disgusting hotel. Booking charged me over 180 Euro per night when the hotel charges 75 Euro per night. The rooms are nothing like the photos. No front desk staff at all, and you need to check in with a different hotel. Furniture is disgraceful, and the beds are for torturing.

the location was fantastic. Located very close to the Trevi Fountain. Great breakfast on outdoor patio.
our air conditioner barely emitted a breath of cold air and the the speed was broken. We phoned the front desk and were that nothing could be done about it. The water only got the room temperature. only when we phones Booking.com did the front office attendant come to the room where he insisted the air was working but he would get it repaired the next day. He also said the water temperature was normal. we asked to move to another room but we’re told none were available.

Location was good
Initial room was appalling - marks all over walls, a/c unit seemed as though it had never been cleaned. Damp, mouldy smell to room. Fridge also not working.
Provided a free upgrade but had to wait an hour for it to be ready and also called Gringos by one of the hotel staff as he was speaking to a colleague - appalling treatment. Room wasn’t spotless but was better than previous and a/c unit was much better. However, woken up every morning due to lots of noise from breakfast terrace above (we were room 402). Towels weren’t replaced consistently. Hairdryer was poor, would run for 20 seconds then cut out for 2 minutes. Staff member also interrupted us late one evening (approx. 10pm) claiming a call had come from our room (we definitely hadn’t called).
All in all, not a great representation of Rome.

Location.
At check-in we were assured that we got a quiet room. Not so.... Noise throughout the night from the traffic in the street. My advice is to get a room away from the street, or find another hotel.

A great location for accessing the sights in Rome. We really enjoyed the breakfast: excellent coffee, pastries and fresh fruit.
