About this apartment rental
The project preserves the original features, such as the ceiling heights, the doors, the stucco work, and the cast-iron radiators. These classic elements have been seamlessly integrated with contemporary design furniture and the art collection.
It features a small entrance balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, where you can smoke and live “like the Milanese do.”
The fully furnished and equipped apartment is entirely at your disposal. Ginger House offers a concierge service that you can contact 24/7 by phone or simply by scanning a QR code located inside the apartment.
The furniture was selected from the finest Italian design companies, and the wardrobes were designed and manufactured specifically for the Ginger House project.
In the large living room, featuring a 17-meter-long LED chandelier, the doors to the two bedrooms open onto a small hallway—a work of art in itself—leading to the two bathrooms.
In every room, the works of art play an important and playful role. Information is provided via a QR code that explains the apartment, the service associated with it, or the story behind each individual work of art.
Only during the Salone del Mobile period (September 1–11) does the Ginger House Project offer round-trip transfers to and from the airport or train station.
