Close to the beach and town square!! Teens loved having the bikes and ping pong table.

I dont think they have used water to clean the floors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and 4 kids. It’s a beautiful home with awesome outdoor spaces. It backs up to the pool, and is easy walking distance to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. The management company was great to work with and the property was just as described in the listing and pictures. Plenty of towels, including large pool towels, and comfy beds! We stayed a few doors down on a previous trip and identified this house as our top choice when we returned. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for 3 couples. Having 3 king beds was the best! There are a lot of stairs and be careful of the bottom step ( looks the same as the floor). We did have one person fall and resulted in an injury). We reported the injury to Royal Destinations and never got a phone call back from them. The house was beautifully furnished and we would definitely stay there again!

The location close to the pool and beach were ideal. You can literally walk right out the door to the pool! The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is ample space for games and hanging out. My kids loved the ping pong table and the bunk beds. We did bring along a pack n play because there isn't one on the property, so just don't forget that if you have a young child. Also, the app that Royal Destinations uses gives so much information and makes it a breeze to ask a question. Easy and relaxing vacation. We definitely look forward to going back!

Pool has a small cafe with great food! Beach was 12 minute walk. The house was gorgeous, clean even to my picky standards, and had so many extras! A trip of a lifetime!

It had plenty of space for our family of 6 and we absolutely loved the location! Right off the pool and a huge green space for lizard hunting and sports. The home was very comfortable with bedding and pillows, everyone slept great. Although it could have been all the fun in the sun we had each day that had everyone sleeping :) The home is in a great location between Rosemary and Alys and an easy tram ride (or walk without all the kids) to beautiful Seacrest Beach. The management company was also great to work with and very responsive with any questions we had.

The home is lovely and has plenty of room. We loved the upper level patio area with ping pong table. The close proximity to the pool was great and we appreciated the 4 bikes. The negative is that the private beach is very small and crowded even in off season. I would suggest going to a public beach.

The outdoor grill needs replace. It does not light properly or burn evenly.
The indoor oven needs replace.
The house needs regular pest control and I would have the cleaners do a more thorough job on cleaning between guests.
