We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse in Madeira Beach! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! We had a large family group, and everything we needed was there, including beach chairs, towels, beach tents and games for all. Thank you for helping create great memories for our family. We look forward to returning next year! :)

I have never in my life had everything you could possibly need be provided! I’m serious. Everything for the beach or personal needs. Chairs, umbrellas, huge tents, toys, etc, I could go on..Literally, everything!! It is in a great location, it is so roomy, the master bedroom is so spacious. Everyone has their space and privacy. There are balconies and rooftop terrace galore!!! And awesome views!!! Do not hesitate!!!

This Penthouse was beyond AMAZING! The owner’s response is right away with any questions or concerns. All keypad entry and easy ! The penthouse had EVERYTHING you would need for a great vacation from the kitchen supplies to the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys , beach towels coolers and soooo on! You literally need nothing for the beach they have it all! The beds and bedding were absolutely wonderful! Supplies from bathroom shampoos, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and so on ! AGAIN , they have EVERYTHING you need! Plenty of bath towels too! The balconies were three! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! This Penthouse is huge so if you want your space while staying together you definitely will have it! Close to John’s pass with many restaurants along the way to walk or drive. The cafe below in the same building was wonderful, the food and service was great! We have stayed on Maderia beach since 2015 and this is our Favorite from here on out! We enjoyed staying at this property! The location was great, the property was a good size for us and it was very well stocked with supplies. We brought beach chairs and umbrellas but the unit had plenty for all of us and a cart to haul them to the beach. It was close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

Great location very close to the beach. It was about a 2 minute walk. The condo we stayed in had enough beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the group as well as a wagon for the beach. Beautiful beach boasting wonderful sunsets that you can see from the balcony! We enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant across the street on the beach that came in handy. We ordered lunch on the beach a couple days. And had dinner as well. We visited a cute ice cream shop walking distance as well. There's a coffee shop that sits right in front of the condominium complex named the Sweet brunette that place is amazing! You have got to check it out. I had a latte everyday! Great location, The host was very easy to deal with. We would stay here again. Jennifer T. Michigan

We had the best time! The location was just across the street from beach access and they had all of the things to make the walk simple and easy! The Sweet Brewnette cafe on the first floor is a famiky fav for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was amazing, perfect description…. Loved the extra trundle in master so that we didn’t have to double up sleeping arrangements as much…. Loved that there was some necessities included- garbage bags, TP, paper towel, shampoo etc. will definitely stay again if we come back to this area! Thank you also for beach chairs and wagon made for an exceptional experience all around!

We LOVED the penthouse - views were amazing from every balcony/rooftop!! They had everything we needed for the beach and kitchen. Pool was heated. Communication was great. Easy access to the beach. We also loved the organic coffee shop Sweet Brunette below !! Will be back!!

Spent 5 days at this property. From a rental perspective it was well thought out and had many priceless amenities that made it a perfect beach getaway: fully stocked beach wagon, plethora of towels, sand toys. The manatee thst visited the waterway on east side of the house twice during the visit was an added bonus. Beach is close by and so are basics like restaurants and grocery store. The road noise is not great, but merely serves as an inconvenient backdrop to an otherwise wonderful experience, serving to make use of the outside terrace less frequent. Thank you for a wonderful vacation base that provided many indelible family memories.

Had an amazing stay !! Condo was emasculate and owners were very accommodating and when we needed anything they were always available !! We will definitely be back!! I highly will recommend this penthouse condo !! Thank you for everything!!

Everything was as anticipated, very easy access to the place and the beach.

This place was spacious and convenient to a private beach access. The views were great from multiple balconies and parking was fine although it was not assigned. There are opportunities for improvement. Air Conditioning is finicky. Storage for clothes and such is haphazard. The keypad for the door is touchy and doesn’t always work. The roads are loud and you hear everything, but that is true all up and down Gulf Blvd. just turn on white noise on your phone. Overall it was a positive experience and a great, responsive owner makes all the difference.

Location was easy access to the beach, and John’s Pass, there was plenty of room for 6 adults. Only a few hiccups, the accessible bathroom with roll in shower is very small, and there isn’t much space for navigating a power chair, but we made it work. Power flickered in and off one afternoon, and caused the oven to stop working. Holly was immediately available and quick to offer solutions, and had a maintenance person out the next day to fix the oven. We would definitely stay here again! There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boards, and a buggy to haul it all to the beach!

Overall the property was ok. Location was perfect and the people we met at the property were all very nice. Loved the fishing poles that were available. and the size was great. Plenty of equipment for the beach which was very nice. Things we did not like was that half of the condo was without AC. Making it uncomfortable to sleep and hangout in. We called the property manager and emailed but didnt get a response until it was time to leave. The Elevator was down due to the botton being broke on the floor so that was not a fun hike up to the 5th floor. Cooking was not the best as the pots an pans are not the best and things were getting burnt even on low temps. The floor was dirty, I took my shoes off and within 20 minutes the bottom of my feet were black. Upon leaving we stayed an helped the cleaning lady get the place cleaned up and took all our trash and stripped our beds. She was very very nice to us and allowed us to walk across the street to the beach to take pictures before we loaded our car. The views from every angle was AMAZING. If I forgot to mention that! But the AC deff needs fixed and maybe a new unit installed so that the guest are not restricted to your rule of the temps being set at only 72 and it being monitored by the property manager online. I was nervous to crank it down even though half of the house was not working due to the WARNING notes about being charged for the unit if it froze up. But it seems to me that i am not the first to have issues with the AC. O and before I forget having a set of bunk bed in the master bedroom is deff not a great set up leaving mom and dad with no privacy while on vacation.

Property worked great for a group of 6 adults. The location was great, very easy access to beach and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrellas and some other beach necessities available. Would suggest using your own umbrellas though if it is windy. Rooftop balcony was great, all around views. -Zach

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here in April. The weather was glorious it and it was lovely to enjoy the multiple views from various balconies. The location is fabulous in relation to the beach and the equipment including trolly and chairs was so helpful. The set up with secure gated access to the large terrace is perfect for bringing all the beach stuff back. The coffee shop below serves great coffee but does get busy. The apartment is huge and the black out curtains are very effective. Everything was great about the apartment. My son would say if you could add a smart tv into the twin room it would be perfect!

We have 4 kids. 13, 11, and twin boys 6. This place is huge and the roof top is great to hang out on. Dock is great for fishing. Supper clean and 3 full baths is awsome. We would highly recommend and we will stay again.

Fantastic penthouse condo with rooftop views in all directions. Tons of space for our kids to roam, with super easy beach access. We’ll be back!

Also mediocre pool area with no umbrellas.

Overall the property is exactly as the description says. It could use some updates to help with traffic noise and that would be my only complaint. Great location to the beach.

Condo was equipped with EVERYTHING you could want! Location was great. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms Would highly recommend this condo !!
