About this condo rental
This HUGE (+/- 1780 sf) newly renovated condo features an oversized living room along with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths including a large Beachfront Master with Private Balcony! There is also a bunk alcove and sleeper sofa for the kids (sleeps 7+ comfortably). PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT LARGER GROUPS! Emerald Beach is a fully staffed resort with plenty of family activities staffed by Wyndham. We love Emerald Beach because of its central location, onsite Starbucks, fully staffed "SkyBar" Cocktail Lounge, evening entertainment, ice cream shop, gym, sauna, separate kids (zero entry) and adult pools, tiki bar, outdoor play area with pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, chess, and much more! Also, 2 Chairs and Umbrella are reserved on beach for your entire stay during March to October. This unit has wide doors and grab bars making it a fully accessible. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a full private bath while a half bath is located in the hall. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, and wi-fi. Two enormous private balconies overlook the beautiful emerald green gulf waters. You will love the beautiful, unobstructed views of sunrises & sunsets. Stores and restaurants are just steps away, while the kitchen is fully equipped for those cozy nights. There is plenty of dinnerware as well as a built-in dishwasher in the kitchen. The size of this condo was perfect for our family. We love EBR! Each bedroom having a private bath made it very nice for everyone.
The only small negatives to this unit were that the garbage disposal wasn't working which wasn't a huge deal, and one of the stove burners doesn't work. A couple burners are not level either, but it was manageable. The host, Seth, was very responsive.

I normally do not leave a bad review but I am very disappointed. This place would be very nice but they need to do some improvements. First off, the VRBO listing and welcome packet need to say the same check in/out times and accurate info/photos about the condo. Welcome packet made us leave an hour before the VRBO time. Then the listing photos and the actual rooms do not match. There is Not 2 fold out sofas, no linens in master bedroom closet. There was a futon with a Hole and Spike sticking out of it that could have seriously hurt someone. So we had to adjust and figure out sleeping arrangements. And the 2 metal chairs on the balcony were broken. There was Sand on the Sheets of the Made Beds! The chain on the door would not work it came out in your hand when you try to use it! The door knob was crooked, looked broken. The owner And cleaner/room manager was not reachable and would not return and text/phone call the entire time. There was not even any Oven Mitts in the place at all either. VERY Loud and noisy trying to sleep.. in the closets with the hot water heater was what looked to be Portable AC units on top of the hot water heater and Attached to the AC unit so it looked to be what was working hard to try to cool the condo… and the living room closet was the same thing!

We really enjoyed our stay in Panama and would stay again. We accidentally closed our beach buggy in supply closer and I let Seth know and he had someone come and open it very quickly. Thank you for the good experience.

There was 10 total on this trip. 9 adults and one 2yr old. We had more than enough room and privacy from each other. The view was amazing and close to everything we enjoyed. We could walk to go carts, put put golf and the game room. Will diffidently go again!!

Overall the property of the condo was not bad. The elevators were very slow and you had to go to multiple elevators to get to different locations within the property. The condo it’s self was decent but it did not look like the pictures. Such as the living room ceiling had mold on it, the rug was different and would constantly move when you would move the foot rest or coffee table and was a tripping hazard. The stovetop did not have the right burners so they were all slanted which made it difficult to cook. They didn’t have any dish rags, only had 6 wash clothes for 12 people to shower. No pa be per towels, trash bags or toilet paper. If i would have known we needed to supply that i would have came prepared. The AC unit never shut off which caused it to be very loud in there and it was not cool in there at all. The bedroom closest to the front need curtains over the blinds! The curtains that were hanging by the sliding glass door are falling off, the couches were uncomfortable and the leather couch had a small hole in it. Which it had a spring coming out of it. The patio light didn’t work. The shower curtain in the bedroom by the front door had mold all over it. The floors were not cleaned and turned our feet back when we walked on it barefoot.

My family has stayed at a lot of beach front condos but this one has to be the best! The condo itself was perfect for the three families that came on our trip. We were all able to have our own room and bathroom which was nice with 10 people. We never felt crowded or on top of each other. The 2 balconies were great as we designated one for parents only and one for kids. While the condo was great, the amenities at the resort are really what set this place over the top! Multiple pools, arcade, ice cream, skybar, starbucks, gift shop, outdoor games and daily events made it to where we never had to leave and deal with traffic. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we will for sure be looking forward to coming back!

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE OF A STAY. WAS NOT CONTACTED BY HOST FOR CHECKIN. WE HAD TO JUST GO TO THE ROOM AT THE POSTED TIME OF CHECKIN ON OUR RESERVATION ON VRBO. ARRIVED AT THE ROOM TO FIND DIRTY CLOTHES IN THE WASHER, DIRTY DISHES IN THE DISHWASHER. NO ARM BANDS TO USE ON SITE AMENITIES. TEXT AND EMAILED HOST WITH NO RESPONSE THE INTIRE STAY. TO BE ABLE TO USE WHAT WAS PROMISED. THE AIR WAS NOT WORKING. WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD ARRIVE AT 9:00 AM TO TAKE CARE OF ALL ISSUES. NO ONE CAME OR CALLED. HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH VRBO MY ENTIRE VACATION TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND NO RESPONSE FROM HOST. BABY RUNNING 103 FEVER WITH AIR THAT ONLY WENT TO 74 DEGREES. ASKED FOR HALF OF MY MONEY BACK DUE TO DEALING WITH THESE ISSUES TO BE TOLD THAT HE WOULD ONLY GIVE MY 1 DAY. I WOULD NOT BOOK THIS CONDO IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE IN PANAMA CITY BEACH. HE IS A FRAUD.

We all loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The location was great and the view was amazing. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. Check in went smooth other than not having arm bands but communication with the owner went well about that. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience. Location was great. Room was super clean and had all we could ask for. Only issue was the refrigerator would not cool very well. Would definitely book again.

This condo was the perfect amount of room for my family. I traveled with my mom and 6 kids ages 7-17 and everyone had plenty of space. The condo was beautiful and the pools were perfect for my kiddos. We didn't discover the kiddie pool by the parking garage until late on our 2nd day but my babies loved it. The location is great for food and stores. I would definitely stay again.

Much larger than the pics show, Owner is Great guy who checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. Unit had everything we needed to cook. There are several pull out couches/futons in the unit to accommodate our party of 12 comfortably. The unit was easy to access right off the elevator with great views. Staff at the location was friendly as well. We'd love to revisit and stay again at this location.

The property is just like the pictures and has a beautiful view. The only issue we had with the condo was that it was dirty. We knew see would find sand in the condo but the restrooms had not been cleaned, the condo looked like no one had swept or mopped and the tubs were dirty. We had our own cleaning supplies so we did a quick cleaning. Overall the the property is nice with amazing views and really close to everything.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room had some issues that needed resolved (The window blinds need repaired, and the door jam/lock had some issues). Besides a few things, the room was nice, and the communication with the manager was good. I would rent this room again for a future vacation.

Great Rental
Seth maintains a great condo. Spacious bedrooms that provide plenty of privacy. Large family area and kitchen with newer amenities. Very close to plenty of entertainment for kids. The attached parking garage makes things handy, once you figure out the Skybridge, elevator system, which can be a bit cumbersome at first. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Beautiful condo and views! This unit has a great setup, one of the best I have seen for a layout of the rooms and utilizing the ocean view. We saw dolphins from our balcony multiple times. It’s a large complex and the only downside was that the beach side pool was closed for renovations, but we just had bad timing. There was additional pools to use, so we were able to swim throughout our stay. I would highly recommend the unit and Seth was very nice to work with for the rental.
