Elisabetta greeted us on arrival and introduced us to her wonderful apartment. It was even better than pictured with new double pane windows and a freshly recovered sofa. This apartment is close to many of Florence’s significant sites and there are excellent restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants yo step out the door and be in the center of Florence.

This apartment was so perfect for the two of us. My mom and I had our own rooms which were comfortable and so clean. The location was so perfect, a 2 minute walk to the unfixing, 8 minutes to the Duomo. Elisabetta was in communication the whole time and her son met us to check us in. It was a lovely and easy place to stay.

My father and I stayed here for about a week and it was wonderful. Elisabetta is so welcoming and helpful, the place was clean with everything we needed, and you cannot beat this location. We really appreciated being able to walk just a few blocks to the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. The train station is about a 15 minute walk too. There is a tiny (4 person limit) elevator that limits stairs to half a flight. Wonderful!! Would stay here again! Mille Grazie Elisabetta!!!

We really valued the centrality of this apartment. Everything was in easy walking distance. The property is perfectly appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there.

The apartment was nice enough except the pictures look better than the actual apartment. There was a lot of noise at night especially around 11pm. So if your looking for quiet this isn't the place. I understand that the owner can't control the noise but just thought I would share.

My husband & I spent just 3 short nights in Florence before a business trip. From the beginning of my booking 8 months in advance, this was certainly a good find. Elisabetta was responsive and helpful from beginning to meeting her at the apartment. The VRBO pics were true & informative. We had no idea where to book an apartment so we were very happy that this apartment was right around the corner from Piazza di Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery & thus very centrally located. This apartment is on the 5th floor & the elevator goes to the 4th, but it's an easy 10 steps up to the apartment. Elisabetta showed us around the apartment, explaining the location & use of everything and we had no trouble settling in. A lovely bottle of Chianti was a nice welcome. Our concern when travelling internationally is ease of telephone access and we had no trouble contacting her upon our arrival to coordinate our check-in. We loved Florence & if we are lucky enough to return, we would certainly book this apartment. Grazie Elisabetta!

Apartment is on 4th floor shielded from sounds of the lively street life below. Right down the street from Ponte Vecchio and 2 blocks from Uffizi Gallery. Had a wonderful time.

The flat has everything you need and Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. She added a few items to our list of things to see that we were so glad we didn’t miss. The location was fabulous as we could walk to the majority of things we wanted to see.

The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. It includes an air conditioner, clothes washer and dishwasher. Very nice!

Gorgeous apartment with everything you need for an extended stay in the center of Florence. My two daughters stayed here for two and a half weeks. We found Elisabetta to be responsive to all of our inquiries which eased any anxieties I may have had! Thank you, Elisabetta.

This apartment is perfect for exploring central Florence. Very convenient to all historic sites and very comfortable. It is spacious and well furnished with all the comforts if home. The hosts were very welcoming and gave great advise. I recommend this location very highly!

This property is in the heart of the action. You are steps away from Ponte Vecchio, right around the corner from Uffizi, and a short walk to Duomo. A very comfortable stay with a very gracious host. Highly recommend!

This apartment was exactly as listed. It had everything we needed. I could not figure out how to work the dishwasher, but it wasn't a big deal. It was quite noisy at night. And like another reviewer had said ,the bottles crashing into the garbage after the restaurant closes below is Earth shattering noise! So make sure you're asleep before that happens:) The owner told us last minute she was unable to meet us to check us in, so sent her son. Who went through everything so fast. It was disappointing.... The location is excellent very close to all the major sites.

The property suited our needs for a short stay. Would like to go back again. Owner's "binder of information" was useful but omitted a great restaurant right below the apartment - just a few meters away.

The apartment is on the main street just blocks away from Ponte Vecchio. But it is quiet since it is 5 floor up. The building has a good lift (elevator for US folks). There is only one short set of stairs to get in the apartment with all the bags. Most of the main sites in Florence are literally within a two block radius: Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi. The Duomo is a little farther, but just up the street. If you have never been to Florence, this is a great place to stay. The apartment itself has a nice kitchen, two bedrooms, and a small living room. It is very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host, Elisabetta, was excellent. She was waiting at the door when we arrived. If we return to Florence, we would definitely stay here again.
