We had a group of 20 staying at this cabin. We were disappointed and surprised to see how poorly cared for and under stocked the whole place was. For example, in a cabin designed to host very large groups, there were exactly FOUR coffee cups. Everything in the kitchen was lacking. I wish we had known, so we could have planned to bring all our own disposable dishes. The bedding was also very disappointing. Each bed had a paper thin blanket and one set of sheets. (One bed had no sheets on it at all.) We searched the entire property, but never found any extra sheets or blankets. Again, I wish we had been informed beforehand so we could have brought extra blankets to make ourselves more comfortable. Also, the cabin was very poorly cared for. The refrigerator and kitchen sink were badly damaged. Several bathroom doors had broken locks and handles. Finally, the whole place felt grimy. The check in process was very frustrating, as they did not even tell us the address until literally ten minutes before our reservation began. I can understand withholding the access code until that time, but when traveling from out of town, knowing the address of where you are going seems important. They did give us a general address beforehand, but it was nowhere near the actual house. (It was about 20 minutes from the property.) As a group we had a wonderful time at Dollywood and other fun things in the area. But we all agreed, we would never stay in this cabin again.

Cabin was extremely dirty, roaches seen in the kitchen, trash all around outside of cabin. Had to have maintenance bring towels, wash cloths and blankets and after making 3 calls they finally showed up at 1:30 am.

Upon checking in there were several things broken from past renters and the cabin was not very clean. Kitchen was not equipped with all of the items needed to cook. Killed a cockroach the second day on the kitchen counter. Would not stay here again.
