Nestled in Santa Fe, this lovely house for $504 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy a heritage home with modern comfort when you stay at Harmony House! This 120-year-old adobe house has been completely updated but retains its charm, its terraced garden, and its hummingbirds! Spend family time outside on the gorgeous patios or warm up after a day of skiing by the wood-burning fireplace. Located within easy walking distance of the Plaza and Canyon Road, this splendid home has been fitted with all the modern conveniences from air-conditioning to WiFi and cable, yet it retains its unique design, natural materials, and sunny aspect. It's easy to imagine 19th-century life at Harmony House, yet you won't sacrifice one whit of comfort while enjoying the original layout and rich history of this home. Terraces, levels, and short flights of steps are a hallmark of this property. Enter the blue wooden gate (set into a handsome low stone wall topped with Adobe) from the street and you immediately find yourself in a landscaped patio, stepping up a few feet to a flagstone path flanked by flower beds. Beyond that is the covered front porch, roomy and shaded, with a bench for watching the butterflies and hummingbirds visit the flowering plants. To one side of the house is another patio with seating for a crowd, a big table, and a charcoal grill, all below a pergola. Steps cut into the hillside lead you through a terraced garden hardscaped with river stones. Breathtaking -- and not the last of the patios at Harmony House! Directly off the master suite is a small, sun-soaked stone patio with a cozy table for two, flanked by high stone privacy walls. What a lovely spot to end each day, stargazing over that final glass of wine. Although the outside of Harmony House is dazzling, the interior equals it for interest and beauty. We loved this house for many reasons. It was spotless and in a fabulous location. The kitchen was so well equipped and we enjoyed the big dining tables inside and out. My favorite part of the stay was the heart that obviously went into the furnishings, art and books included. We would love to stay here again. MC

Hard to imagine a more cozy, charming or conveniently-located spot to spend a few days (or longer) in Santa Fe. Could not recommend this property enough, and the folks who manage it were easy to communicate with and wonderfully accommodating.

We enjoyed the house and its proximity to the plaza. Management was nice enough to allow a late check out when our rental car had a flat delaying our departure. The only hiccup was when I realized that the automatic payment of our balance (due) had not been made - shortly before our arrival. After several attempts, I was finally told my credit card had not worked (I received a new card soon after the booking because the old one expired). Luckily, I still had my reservation but I would have appreciated a call or message notifying me about the card.

Lovely place but some of us had difficulty in walking up the hill to the residence after a day of touring. It is not a big hill. Rather dark down Hillside at night. We had a snow fall and there was a leak in the flat roof and water was running down the wall. It didn't affect us but we were worried about the damage that could have happened on the ceiling. Beds were comforable and there was room for the 5 of us. Driveway was a little steep and backing out was a tad difficult. We did have a great time. I think in warmer weather the patios would have been great.

Great location
Two adults (cousins) and two young men enjoyed this property for several days during the International Folk Art Market. We loved the location which made for nice walks to breakfast and dinner downtown. The historic property was comfortable and met our needs. We felt like we were staying in a friends home! We did not use patio as it was not really 'rental ready" and we didn't feel wiping everything down (hence the 4 stars on cleanliness). Would definitely rent this property again!

This house was beautiful home, excellent location. Very musty smell in master. Unable to sleep there. Mold in one bathroom. Reported both, management did not seem interested.

Long Weekend Trip To Santa Fe
We were very pleased with this rental. More than enough room for just the two of us - multiple places to be while one of us was taking a nap. Nice to have two bathrooms. Master bed was very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen as we cooked breakfast each morning and ate in the dining room and had coffee either on the patio or in the living room area. And it was within walking distance to the plaza and shops and restaurants but very quiet being in a neighborhood. We would definitely rent this home again.

It was our second time at this property. It is a beautiful and extremely relaxing property. The managers were seamless. The kitchen has it all. We cook a lot when we travel and it’s fantastic. We are so grateful that this property is still available for rent after many years and that it is so well maintained. It feels like a home away from home. Thank you.

Santa Fe Charm
The house is a great combination of Santa Fe charm and proximity to the Plaza. We walked to dinner every night which saves the hassle of Plaza parking. Great location and great house. If there is snow, a 4-wheel drive is handy for getting into the driveway. Alternatively, street parking seemed readily available. We would rent this again.

Nice Cozy Home, great location
Property is professionally managed so clean with efficient check in and check out. We'll decoarated, cool (small) adobe home within walking distance of Plaza and Canyon road. Master is very nice, be aware other two bedrooms are very cozy (you have to go through one bedroom or shared bathroom to reach the other). Kitchen is nice if somewhat dated. Overall a very nice house and good value for money, we enjoyed our stay.

Great house in a great location.
We recently spent 3 nights at harmony house and will definitely be back. The location is within walking distance of downtown and it is big enough to fit our big family. The heater took a little while to get going but other than that we overall had an amazing experience.
