Hello! I appeal to everyone with request to carefully check this offer ! ATTENTION! It could be scammers. On the website Booking.com NOVASOL company posted false information that the price of this apartment includes a free parking place next to the apartment. The representative of the company informed us that this was not true late in the evening via WhatsUp, when we were already on the way (we were travelling by car France-Italy) At our request to offer alternatives, we were sent to booking.com support, saying that this is THEIR mistake. After online consultation with booking.com and following the advice of a technical specialist, we urgently booked another accommodation with parking, and at the same time asked to CANCEL this booking « Beautiful apartment in Genova» The next day, instead of cancelling the reservation and refunding the money (due to the placement of the false information), booking.com tech support informed us that the company was ready to pay for public parking in the city, which is quite far from the apartments. This option did not suit us, since the offer was made too LATE, the parking is far and unsafe. On a repeated requests to cancel the booking and return the money, we were refused and the booking support could not protect our interests in any way. As a result, we were charged the full amount for the apartments which we even did not visit. We spent a week to resolve this unpleasant moment but did not achieve anything. This is my first negative review ever. I traveled a lot and have never seen such a service. I am writing to warn you to avoid this trap! I wish you all a good, carefree, relaxing journey.

Very good

Great apartment in the heart of the old town. Smooth self check in and helpful staff.

The apartment is on the first floor above a butcher’s shop. the sound from the shop can be heard clearly in the bedroom and the living room. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you.

Nitko me nije dočekao i nitko mi nije javio da mi je otkazana rezervacija
