Great rental; a few suggestions
Cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-suited to the needs of our large crew (12 adults and 10 kids). A little surprised at its close proximity to neighboring cabins, but they seemed empty so noise/privacy wasn't an issue. Mountain facing decks are west facing, so most comfortable in the morning and after sunset as the direct sun is intense in the afternoon. Parking is tight for more than 4 cars, but overflow spots are available. Only real complaints were the lack of an available broom (we had messy kids) and a broken freezer door that made frozen items melty. Also couldn't find the electric skillet that was listed as available. Would definitely recommend the rental, particularly if not concerned with having an isolated spot or any outdoor space suitable for running young children. We spent most of our time hanging out together or at the pool (small and pretty dirty but worth it anyway) with a couple of trips into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Had a fantastic long weekend.

nice cabin and good location
Great location. Nice lay out of the cabin. Good room size on main and upper floors.
The queen rooms on the lower level work well for the additional guest.
Only compliant is on the first night there was a very heavy rain storm and water was pooring into the master bed room and into the kitchen table.
The maintenance people were a little slow in responding and all the did was place empty trash cans under the area where the water was entering.
Picture Perfect is a beautiful cabin and I would recommend this cabin to friends and family.

An amazing getaway with an wonderful rental company
I absolutely loved my stay at Eden Crest cabins. This is my second time renting with them and I can say that I have not been disappointed. The cabins are just as breathtaking as the pictures advertise and include all the amenities and comforts you'll need during your stay in the mountains. They have a great location that isn't too steep up a mountain and the craftsmanship of these homes are spectacular. My guests and I thoroughly enjoy the game equipment that comes with these rentals, you won't ever have to leave your rental with all the entertainment you'll have indoors. Our view was amazing and the lot was still very private with enough space between neighbors. You can tell that all of their guests enjoy themselves and you can meet others in this resort to socialize with as well. Furthermore, our cabin was clean and bedding was super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and the whole cabin was impeccably decorated. My career is in home building and design industry and I can say that Eden Crest surpasses any other cabin I've rented with when it came to quality, design, and craftsmanship. My only not so positive points was that we did not have our own internet network connected and no one came out to fix it and it would be nice if the bathrooms included either little bar hand soaps as we did not anticipate each bedroom having to buy their own. Otherwise this cabin was literally "Picture Perfect". I will continue to rent with Eden Crest and recommend to others to rent with them you will be glad you did.

Picture perfect sept 2014
It was a birthday celebration with 12 family members 10 who had never been to the smokies. The cabin was very nice. We had a few problems with the freezer door that wouldn't open( turns out the track was iced over) and a bedroom door that wouldn't close. We had to call several times(3-4) before someone finally came to fix them. Lastly the cabin had lots of little fruit flies or gnats which was very annoying. All in all we had a good time and will go back again one day. This was my second stay at Black bear ridge and the first time was perfect, so I look forward to experiences similar to that in the future.

1st family vacation
It was absolutely amazing! We had 26 people total and there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortable. The view was breath taking! There was plenty to keep the kids busy and the pool was right arou d the corner from us. It was nice and clean and comfortable. We are already starting plans for next year's trip!! Thank you!!

MLK Couples trip
It was AWESOME!!! Picture Perfect was just that...perfect. We had 7 couples who did not have to share a restroom or see each other everyday. The beds are so comfortable. At times, I got lost in my room and forgot that I actually was in the home with 13 other people. It would be a great cabin for a big group or multiple families. The only complaint I have is that the shower head is high up in the shower, and the water did not stay hot for 14 people, so I know it would not stay for 22 people. However, with that being said I would stay there again in an heartbeat.

Family reunion
Loved this cabin. The view is great, check in and out was a breeze. It had plenty of room for 20 people. The game room kept the kids busy. The location was perfect, would book it again.

Delightful Views
My overall experience was great. Picture Perfect was just what it was. The views were great. Even though it was extremely foggy in the mornings it was still beautiful. The cabin was nice. I could have been cleaned alittle better but despite that we enjoyed our stay. Guest services was also great. This was my first time using this company and I think I called about 5 times with questions and each time I got David. He was very patient and professional on each call. I really appreciated that. Customer service is very big with me and he was absolutely fabulous. Thanks again Eden Crest for another wonderful vacation to the mountains.

Beautiful Relaxing Picture Perfect
My vacation rental experience was great. The cabin décor was very well thought out. It was a beautiful cabin. There were 7 people so we had plenty of space. The view from the living room was absolutely gorgeous. We were there for 4 nights and could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing. I would definitely rent this cabin again and again. I highly recommend this cabin.

Great Stay
Our stay at Picture Perfect was pretty awesome. We had 12 teenagers in the house and they stayed entertained between the game room and the jacuzzi tubs, and they stayed clean, so I was happy with that! The master bedroom on the main floor is where I stayed and the bed was amazing, very comfortable. The kitchen was great and very well stocked, the only thing I would suggest is at least one baking sheet and baking pans. I happen to bring foil baking pans and it worked out but if not I would have been in a pinch without the right pans. I think I speak for all 18 people on our trip that overall we all loved the cabin and we made some great memories there.

GORGEOUS VIEWS
PROS - beautiful views, great location, ample parking, booking & check in process easy CONS- floors dirty, hot tub dirty, if we didn't call office on arrival day.....we weren't texted the code until 5:00 pm, the living space & most bedrooms are super small, could have been made into a 5 bedroom cabin

The cabin is beautiful! Fabulous views and perfect for what we wanted. The freezer door would not open, the wifi is spotty and one morning we were there several end showed up to do work on the cabin. It was loud and a little scary since we had no idea they were coming. Overall, the cabin was great just those few things we didn't like.

Fabulous place!
The cabin was amazing. Rental company was great. Everything was in great condition. Very clean. The view was fabulous. Beds were very comfortable the game room was great. Kitchen was well equipped and great. The only thing that was a little less than we hoped is the cabin sits in a community of cabins so the neighbor was pretty close. Google earth the location to see it best. Fortunately the people next to us were quiet, but you never know who might be next to you. We like quiet. Fortunately it was very quiet and we had a great time. We would come back again.

Picture Perfect
The Cabin was beautiful, and very spacious. The game room was awesome kept a lot of our group entertained. The view in the back was exceptional. The main level and upstairs was great no complaints here. The Cabin was decorated beautifully and we all fell in love with the kitchen. The Cabins downstairs has 4 bedrooms 3 with heat the bunk beds room no heat. 4 bathrooms no heat in any of them very cold. Theater room no heat avg temp was around 50 could not watch any movies that we had rented. We tried for 2 days to get maintenance to get us some heat a guy came on Saturday said there wasn't any heaters down there in the theater room and said he would tell the office, Maybe we should have asked for heaters. 2 guests in the bunk bed room had to sleep on the couches upstairs so the other 2 could have the comforters as no heat existed in there. Other than the heat situation the place was great.

Great cabin for the holidays
The cabin was in a great location for visiting Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We were surprised & delighted with the Christmas trees & decorations - wonderful! The cabin was on a steep road, and would like 4 wheel drive in the winter.We were fine for Thanksgiving. The game room was a huge hit & the huge tv in the media room kept the little ones entertained. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the spectacular views from the porches. One drawback was the lack of refrigerator space. There were 15 of us. We had to keep coolers on the porch. The other problem was no high chair for the little one. We could rent one for 5$ a day. We brought our own. The property was clean and well maintained & the manager was very responsive when we called about a broom. We had a great time in a fantastic cabin.

Family birthdays get together
The cabin was in a great location with a great view!! The cabin was smaller than the pictures showed and parking area was small. The microwave, hot tub, fireplace in living room, wall outlets in kitchen did not work on arrival. Company sent a repairman out right away. he was able to get the fireplace, hot tub and a couple of outlets in kitchen working that night. The grill did not work either but we fixed that myself. Did not get to use the microwave till the next night. Brought an extension cord to plug into a wall outlet. still no plugs working in kitchen. repairman said they would have to tear the wall out to find the problem. rained Saturday evening an had bad leak in master bedroom by the sleeper sofa. With all the problems we still had a good time, just had to work around things. The game room was great and used a lot. kitchen was laid out nice with plenty of room I understand things happen just a lot of problems this stay.

the entry code was not texted to me as promised. we received it 20 minutes late after we called. my number was entered with one less digit. also the alarm went off and it took many phone calls to get it turned off. another mistake of the staff.

Beautiful cabin
The "Picture Perfect" cabin was lovely. Large and spacious with lots of room in the dining area for our crowd. The views from the back decks were beautiful. The cabin was very clean. The area was crowded but not really unexpected.

The property was great and worked out perfectly for our group needs. The kids, and some of the adults, loved the arcade games and pool table. The view was picture perfect!

the property was pretty much as described the only problems we had was bugs or roaches around kitchen sink {exterminator did come out the same day I called and sprayed but we did see a few even after] the recliners downstairs in movie room did not work and finally tv in upstairs bedroom didn't work your maintenance man did come and tried to fix tv but overall the unit was very nice with great views

This Cabin literally had everything we needed. All we had to do was move in and enjoy our stay. I recommend this Cabin and would stay in it again.

This home was amazing and did not disappoint! We had 15 guests, everyone had beds and every room has its own bathroom and shower which was great! I would absolutely come back here again!

This house was wonderful! Our three families loved our stay. The game room was a HUGE hit as was the movie room. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, too!
Improvements could be more towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The one roll of paper towels supplied was gone in two days!
The only negative is that our garbage bins were full by our 4th day and we had to call three days in a row to get them emptied. We had to keep bags of garbage in the house, which was not awesome.
Other than that, it was a great house!!

Picture Perfect - Family of 16
This was a very nice place to get the whole family together. The game room was a hit with the young ones, who also enjoyed their bunk room. More "group seating" in the great room might have improved things, and it was disappointing that the chairs in the theater room were not functioning. Despite the heat, the air-conditioning kept up very well, especially making for pleasant sleeping. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely sized. The family enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the in-room jacuzzi tubs. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the big table where we could all eat together. The view was phenomenal!

Overall ok
We had 23 people total from Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky and North Carolina meet for our anniversary and birthday celebration...the cabin is simply beautiful. It stormed really bad on Sunday night and we had leaks throughout the cabin and the doors blew open 3 times which woke a few of us in a fright.

Picture Perfect
We had 6 couples enjoy the 3-night stay. Loved the décor! There were only a few problems, but we managed--no thermostat on the bottom floor (too cold), the upper floor air conditioning could not keep up (hot up there), for that size house, there was not enough seating for the theatre room (only 6 chairs), and the kitchen needed more lighting. Otherwise, it was truly "Picture Perfect"!! The view was wonderful and the bedrooms very comfortable (loved the fireplaces & Jacuzzi tubs in all the rooms!!). Everyone also loved the size of the kitchen--wonderful for 6 ladies to work in. Had a wonderful time, and we hope to stay again next year!! Thank you for sharing the home with us!

We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect!
We had a family gathering at Picture Perfect. The house was great! We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. The kitchen was well stocked and we did quite a bit of cooking. The only thing we wished for was a larger gathering space on the main floor. There was not enough room for all of us to sit together and talk. The only other issue was that the recliners in the movie room were not working. We understood but sure would have liked to recline and watch movies.
