Heart of Milan staff helpful and friendly.

This review isn’t for the Fashion district apartment as there was a problem with the air conditioning so we were up graded to an apartment in the historic centre. Due to this we were meet there by a member of staff Paula. We were shown around the apartment and given all the instructions needed. We were also able to leave our luggage at the Heart of Milan office a few minutes from the Duomo after check out.

We’ve liked it!

The position, close to the city center and also to the train station. Very big apartment and terrace. 2 bathrooms. Very clean!!

The building is not new, so there are some things which can be improved.
