The location is perfect! Sure, the cottage is a bit run-down, with some rust under the shower and on the fridge, but who cares? This is a cottage on the shore of the sea, exposed to salty air, so some corrosion is to be expected. However, you can step out of the cottage directly to the dunes and have fun in the sand with kids or run 50 meters to the wonderfully warm and clean sea! We were visiting off-season (October) so the area was alredy quiet, but I do not know how it will be in the middle os the season. The plus (or minus) is the proximity of the beach bar, which can probably provide food and entertainment in the season (and probably some noise too) - but it has been in a state of being dismantled for the winter when we arrived, so I cannot give more information about that.
Well, the cottage's facilities could be refreshed while the season is over. The shower door isn't very well fixed; the basin and surrounding area show their age and are a bit dirty, and the shower hose is broken. A kettle would be a very nice addition for the tea-drinking guests :)

What a perfect family break! We just want to stay! Location was perfect for the kids because it’s right on the beach, grocery shopping is just 15 minutes away. Large terrace and the washing machine available was a plus! Air conditioning works perfectly and you have all you need to cook your family meals, but should you opt to dine out, the house is right in between 2 lidos with bars and restaurants. Hosts were amazing and we found wine and local cherry tomatoes as welcome gifts! Sunset is also seen from the house & beach!

Location
Amazing location but not very comfortable accommodation. No air conditioning and wi-fi. Shower box broken. Quite rusted shower tap. Second bedroom very hot with 3 beds squeezed in. Overall overpriced.
