Great location, rooms really comfortable, hotel had cool vibe and great to have a little pool right in the city and a beautiful peaceful garden with lovely day beds to relax on. We had a street view which was a little noisy on the Friday night thought it was Bastille Day - incredible fireworks by the nearby river and very quiet with the window shut. Might ask for garden view next time.
Loved everything. The breakfast was amazing though it wasn’t included and was quite expensive. However there was so many different delicious things to choose from, you didn’t need lunch! We were a little bit disappointed that they didn’t tell us they serve brunch on Sundays which is an even more impressive spread so we had breakfast and then an hour later they started bringing out the most sumptuous assortment of things and we would def have waited had we known. It was jam packed so obviously has quite a reputation locally!

Modern, well designed hotel, with gorgeous big comfortable beds and I really appreciated the l’Occitaine products in the bathroom (what a treat!)
We didn’t eat the breakfast (I don’t eat it) but it looked like one of the the most fabulous breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen

We stayed in a Superior Double room and superior it certainly was, we didn't want to leave! Huge bed, plenty of storage for a full unpack, a mini bar/fridge, well equipped bathroom and a TV complete with applications such as Netflix and Disney, which was a lovely touch.
The staff are all very polite and helpful, providing a brilliant service whilst remaining down to earth and approachable. The manager was particularly helpful on our first day, providing us with a map of Toulouse with notes about where he recommended we visit. He also offered to make reservations at restaurants for us.
Breakfast and lunch (and brunch on Sundays) at SOCLO is best I've ever experienced at any hotel. Every day is a fresh feast.
Literally nothing I didn't like about SOCLO, it was a flawless visit.

Love this sweet hotel. Not only is it beautifully designed, has an amazing bed and an incredible bar/restaurant, the staff are so helpful. We will always stay here when visiting Toulouse! Can’t wait to go back!

My mother and I chose Hotel SOCLO for its unique boutique style and ideal location that enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was very clean and pretty with a clawfoot bathtub, robe and slippers, and an abundance of nice bath products. The garden is large with plenty of charming seating and an outdoor swimming pool. The indoor-outdoor restaurant serves an exceptional buffet breakfast and lunch, and table service for dinner. And most special is the staff, who went out of their way to take good care of us. The restaurant staff translated the menu from French to English for us, and Adrien the manager provided exceptional service from start to finish.

A delightful little hotel. Charmingly decorated as you should expect from a boutique hotel. The public rooms including the lovely garden are exceedingly comfortable.

A beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast was very good but a bit overpriced. A wide variety of sweet and savory things and excellent coffee and hot chocolate. The room was amazing. Lovely roustique decoration with a lot of details. In the bathroom there was a wide choice of Occitane products, which was a beautiful touch. The restaurant gives a cozy feeling , the menu is good and they make very good cocktails. The inner yard is stunning. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
It was a bit pricey overall.

Our previous stay was so good ,we were very disappointed .Certainly not worth the money , bar taken over by non- residents who were noisy and using whole room . Coffee in room means 2 capsules whether you stay 1 night or two ,then it’s 2€each . Bed was not properly made for our second night and towels not put back on towel rails or cushions back on the bed . Not what you expect from a top boutique hotel . Something has changed .

Had high expectations and they were more than met. Managed to have relaxed staff while being attentive. I have zero negatives about this hotel or staff. The hotel is beautiful and the garden area is a major bonus. I would come back to this hotel without hesitation.

the rooms are great (big and clean), the bathroom amenities have great brand and quality
the only regret: we left our car in front of the hotel and someone broke the window to stole. this was pretty inconvenient but not their fault. the hotel stuff was super supportive.
