Très beau hall d’accueil
Lit une personne non précisé lors de la réservation. Chambre avec une odeur très forte de remontées de canalisations.
Et je ne préciserai pas ce que j’ai trouvé coller sur le bloc note, dégoûtant..

The room was clean
I didn't receive the room I booked. I intentionaly booked a double room because the single room have a tiny window. However I received a single room. I asked at the reception to change the room but the person from the reception insisted that I received a double room. From the attaced photos you can see what I booked and what I received.
The room service app does not work properly. What you order from the app does not match what you will get.

My cards were not accepted at the reception so needed to pay cash.
Cards were absolutely valid as I used them to get the cash in a cash machine just across the street.

SUPERIOR SUITE WAS FAR BELOW THE PICTURES IN BOOKING.COM.
Bad smell in the 4th floor corridor, almost every day.

They very kindly upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was fantastic and had an amazing bathroom, with robes and slippers. Location was perfect. Breakfast was yummy.
