Villas of Kamali'i Mountain Waterfall Views

El departamento es hermoso, bien ubicado. Es amplio, muy bien equipado. El lugar es un paraíso. Sin duda volveríamos. Es muy cálido. Muy lindo decorado. Pasamos unos días increíbles. Está la playa muy cerca, restoranes muy buenos y lugares hermosos para visitar.

Todo nos gustó. Lamentamos tener que irnos!

I was surprised, at first, because the pictures on the website of the inside of the villa we stayed in were completely different than the actual unit we stayed in. It turned out be a great place in a great location. Everything was clean and organized. We VERY much appreciated the detailed summary of how to get into the unit, take care of everything, how to check out, what we could and couldn't use during our stay, and where to go to enjoy our stay. Also, they had so many great things provided such as beach specific towels, beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, a paddle board, toys for little children, coolers for food and beverages, etc. Also there were several board games that we enjoyed using. There were many amenities provided. The location of the unit was very handy. The owner of the unit was in constant communication with us, and I appreciated it very much.

We didn't like the advertisement for the place says it is air-conditioned, but truthfully, only the two suites have an air-conditioning unit on the wall. Only the these two rooms were cool during the evenings. The extra room where two of our daughters slept, was not air-conditioned and made it hard to sleep. Also the rest of the unit was stifling and leaving the windows open in the evening didn't help to cool it down much. Also, there were a lot of "rules" like turn off the air conditioning when you are not there in the unit, so upon returning, it took a bit to cool down the rooms before feeling comfortable. When I booked the villa, I thought the whole unit was air-conditioned, because we had visited Kauai in the summer 4 years ago and had no air-conditioning and it was VERY uncomfortable at night. Leaving the windows open at night was problematic because of the mosquitos. So I was really looking for a unit that was completely air-conditioned and was willing to pay extra for it, this time. Just for future reference please specify that the unit is only partially air-conditioned and whether the air-conditioning is in the bedrooms, or not.
