Location is good, staff is excellent, good parking, breakfast is very good, restaurant is fair (good value)
Facilities are not bad, but require improvement, room is okay, but shower box is tight, room hallways are sometimes noisy due to floor. Reception and waiting area should be more comfortable.

The place itself is pretty good. However three things were subpar: 1. The bed is high end, but very, very, very stiff. Both me and my fiancé woke up with joint pain because of this. 2. Because of the tiling in the corridors, whenever someone walks by with a suitcase, it sounds just like a train just passing just outside your room. We woke up before 6 am because of this. 3. If you are overweight, skip this hotel entirely. The toilet is so close to the bath stall than, unless you’re standard-bodied, you’ll have to sit on the john sideways.

Nice location at the beach, swimming pool, clean room, truly excellent breakfast. Some staff really kind and helpful (others less so), 24- hour reception
Total lack of efficiency; check-in process inefficient, towels weren’t cleaned (also not when on the floor as requested), the bills didn’t match the invoices, slow or entire lack of response to written questions. If something goes wrong, don’t count on any help.
