The house was in decent condition but could use some updating. The backyard in the pictures was greatly overstated. The kitchen needed more amenities. The biggest issue was the location; neighbors drank and smoked in the yard and shot guns and fireworks on Christmas Eve.

Was not expecting the half bath at the back of the house; extremely nice bonus! The kitchen organizational concept was a little hard to work with, but we made it work. Loved that we chose to stay in a house because we had access to a full kitchen so we could cook our meals instead of eat out every meal. Loved the open floor plan so we could keep an eye on the toddler. Didn’t realize the water is backwards in the half bath and the hall tub until after we gave the toddler a cold bath the first night-this should either be fixed or be noted somewhere for future renters. There are several soft spots in the floor throughout the house that should be reinforced. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would stay here again if/when we make another Chattanooga trip.

Property was as described. Very convenient to downtown, short drive to several hiking areas and attractions. Lots of space for the adults, kids, and fur babies. We can't wait to return!

This property was a perfect launch point for our family gathering for our daughters graduation. We even got to watch the coronation that morning as people gathered. We were concerned about the location but saw that many properties in the neighborhood are undergoing significant remodels and renovations. Very helpful in that we had left something at the house and were contacted before we left Chatt so we were able to swing by and pick it up.

The inside of the house was GORGEOUS! It was the location(Neighborhood) was TRASHY and CREEPY!! We did have enough of toiletries. However please make people aware of the neighborhood scenery although it was quiet. It was New Year’s Eve so the gunshots were expected. Over all very nice on the inside.

This property accommodated a group of 8 ladies well - plenty of beds and two pull out couches, as listed. The open floor plan of the main area was ideal for us to congregate to eat, play card games, and watch movies in the evenings. However, the cleanliness of the property could have been better. We all noticed on the first night that the bottoms of our socks were extremely dirty in no time, and the living room carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed. The curtain rods around the living space were all bent, broken, and/or could not be opened without pulling the rod off the wall. There was a normal fabric window curtain inside the shower to conceal the window in the shower area, which got wet with each shower and caused the whole room to smell of damp throughout our stay (hall bathroom). There was also some mildew in this shower tile. The stocked supplies also could have been better - there were a few paper towels left on a roll in the kitchen but once used up, we could not find any more, or any more dish towels - the only small towel on the oven handle got soaked quickly. There was also no broom available to tidy up after we cooked breakfast, so we ended up going to Walgreens to buy a hand broom and more paper towels, as well as ziplocks and a couple other items that were not stocked. We also ended up washing all of the house dishes prior to using them after noticing quite a few had dirt/dust or food particles on them upon removing them from the cabinets. Overall, the visit was okay, we just wore shoes around the house and shopped for what we needed, and we did like the number of beds and mirrors throughout the house for getting ready.
