An 80-square-meter detached house on two floors. 15 minutes from Elba’s most beautiful beaches: Sant’Andrea, Fetovaia, and Cavoli. First floor: spacious living room with a historic frescoed vaulted ceiling, custom-designed kitchen, bedroom with a 180° view of the hills, and bathroom. Upper floor: bedroom, private bathroom, separate entrance. Elegance, relaxation, sunshine, and cool breezes! Poggio is a medieval village closed to traffic, once home to Winston Churchill, Napoleon, Greta Garbo, and De Chirico. A 5-star residence for your vacation!
The house is an old historic residence that has been completely renovated by a designer. The 19th-century fresco on the vaulted ceiling has just been restored by an architect. The location is ideal: nestled in the hills yet close to the sea, it remains breezy and cool even during the hottest months.
Check-in and check-out will be handled by a friendly and helpful staff member. The apartment will be thoroughly sanitized and cleaned before your arrival. Hygiene comes first! You’ll find plenty of free parking just a short walk from the apartment. There are two excellent restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar, a bakery, and a grocery store. Poggio is a village closed to traffic, so children can play freely in the central square or in the narrow streets of the historic center. Just 10 minutes away, in Marciana Marina, you’ll find a supermarket, shops, and restaurants right by the sea. We’ll provide you with a comprehensive list of the most popular and least crowded beaches, restaurants, places for excursions, and more. Far from the stress and the crowds!
