Very nice condo with everything we needed. Couch cushions kept sliding off when sitting on couch. This should be upgraded. Balcony very nice but much traffic noise from busy street below. We enjoyed our stay overall

The property was clean, but the pillows on the Beds were very uncomfortable. And there were only 3 on a king size bed. The other is was the living room furniture was uncomfortable. All of it..and one of the swiveling chairs was slightly broken. Tv in living rooms was to small and you had to look down to look it it .. it should be on the wall

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very close to a busy road so there was a little noise at night but otherwise quiet. It’s an end unit so no other people walking by. It seemed in the middle of the 2 ends of Santa Fe, easy driving distance.

The apartment was very clean and well kept. Everything you could ask for and more were there. There is a nice living/dining area which comfortably seats 4 adult sized people. The couch needs to be either fixed or replaced. The leather cushions were continuously falling off. And one of the two club chairs would tilt forward when anyone would sit in it. The apartment was a short drive to downtown Santa Fe and most other areas and points of interest. Unfortunately, you couldn't walk to many places in a timely manner based on the location, but parking was never an issue when we drove places. The hosts left us many amenities and all functioning appliances. There was a nice outdoor terrace with a nice view but it was right above a busy four lane avenue that you could hear. Overall, it was a very good stay and with a few upgrades I would definitely definitely recommend it any friends or family.

Thank you for our stay, this place was just as it was listed. The furniture (couch, chairs) definitely could stand to be replaced, but we had a nice time and spent our free time on the balcony, anyway.

Very comfortable stay. Loved the balcony, it overlooked a busy street, but very little noise. Overall nice view. Could see the mountains. Enjoyed watching the prairie dogs from our balcony. Close to everything, not walking distance but just a short drive. I would stay again.

The couch and one chair need replaced ASAP. It is not comfortable to be in the main area. 3 evenings and mornings we dealt with it. Beds/location/cleanliness/glassware and dishes were all good.

We enjoyed the property and found it comfortable and accommodating for our family of four. A bit disappointed that the fireplace no longer is accessible which it was too warm to use and understand the issue of safety. Suggest having some candles and or imitation luminary candles to add. Kitchen had all that was needed however it does need some newer (sharper knives) and scissors. Love all the décor as it made it warm and inviting. Beds were very comfortable. Dial in shower was sensitive from too hot to cold. Couch cushion would not stay put as sliding off may need to address. Prefect spot for a walk, in and about town and driving up to mountain to ski.

Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable to sit on as the seat cushion continually slips forward off the sofa and it is difficult to get it back into place. The check out link didn't work so we had to call to let them know we were leaving.

Great unit with a king sized bed! Really can't do much better. Just be aware that it is run by a group and they communicate via email, not through VRBO. We had issues getting the door code as we didn't have access to email - but it all worked out and if you just know that, you'll love the place!

We enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holiday in Santa Fe and found this property to be very convenient and a perfect fit for our needs. The property is off the main drag a bit, which we appreciated, but close enough to get anywhere in town within minutes. We found the kitchen to be well appointed and suitable to cook the big Thanksgiving meal! Our favorite part of the accommodation, though, was the views out the patio. So nice to wakeup with the sun rising over the mountains. We would definitely stay again!
