Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cut our trip short. The owner offered a partial refund due to neither party having control over this situation; which was very kind.Getting to the property can be tricky if you have a pretty large vehicle. There is easy access to walking to downtown Boone.

The room was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Access to downtown Boone is exceptional. It was just what we were looking for.

Unit on 2nd floor with outdoor stairs which should have been in description. Inside was very clean, only objection was noisy window unit a/c blowing directly onto bed. Outside unit was biggest objection - there was no outside deck, entrance off King Street was between two buildings and extremely narrow with water filled large pothole, into an interior type alley with over flowing trash receptacles, cars from adjoining apartment parked too close to our vehicle making it extremely difficult to exit property without hitting the two buildings, view from property was into the backside of close building and disabled vehicle.
