Nestled into the heart of Sugarhouse and just minutes from downtown SLC sits this stunning, freshly renovated / restored Historic home! With 5 full bedrooms all with their own baths (5 total baths) this is the best place you will find in town to hang with a large group of people! The home boasts style with its one-of-a-kind look! Large outdoor patio lights up at night for you and your guests to hang out! Grocery store + Coffee shop across the street and walking distance to bars / restaurants! We are here for you 24 hours a day to ensure the best experience possible! Located in Sugar House! Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops and more! Bike, Uber & Lyft! **This listing is for the main 2 floors of this home. There is also another unit located on the top floor of the property. The top floor unit is completely separate, the entrance for the top unit is a staircase on the rear of the home. The only shared space is the parking area. There is also a tiny home located in the back of the property, it is not attached to the main house and also only shares the driveway. Thanks! Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am to honor neighbors and fellow tenants. While we want you to enjoy your stay, any party-related complaints may incur fees and profile reporting. Let's ensure a wonderful stay without hiccups for us both! NO PARTIES: Should the occasion arise, rest assured that neighbors will promptly notify us, and a fee will be incurred. Thermostat: The thermostat is located in the dining area on the wall. Kindly refrain from adjusting the thermostat above 73 in winter and below 68 in summer as that may cause the HVAC system to have issues. Please make yourself comfortable but let's keep this old house running smooth! We had a gathering of girlfriends here for one night and enjoyed every second of it! The house is beautiful. Just as a heads up, there is a separate top-floor unit that is only accessible from the outside, and there is also a small house on the back of the parking lot that can also be rented separately. It didn't seem like much noise carried upstairs or to the house in the back, so it's still pretty private. We didn't have any issues running out of supplies as has been mentioned in the other comments. The only downside was slow communication from the owners, but we got everything figured out :)

Very nice exterior and the interior is nice in most spaces. Communication with Cody was easy and very quick. Would recommend to all.

The home is absolutely beautiful! I told the kids it was haunted because I’m a good mom/aunt. Only down side was an unexpected leak that made one of the rooms useless but we ended up not needing it due to 2 less people joining us. Ran out of a few things like garbage bags, paper towels, and dish/hand soap but we were able buy them or get some from the gal cleaning the 3rd level rental.
Otherwise, seriously beautiful historical home! I love the door knobs and hinges it’s just beautiful! We had a great stay!!! Would stay there again!

It was a beautiful property and the yard was amazing. The space was amazing and we all had such a beautiful time. I did try to reach out for weeks about checking in early to get set up and the property manager let me know that it was a possiblility and would let me know closer to the date of check in. When the day came closer i reached out multiple times about checking in early and the property manager did allow me to check in early but did not tell me until the day of just hours before check in, so i was unable to make the plans i needed to because of such a late response. I also had to buy toilet paper and hand soap for all of the bathrooms bwcause there was multiple bathrooms in this home that did not have those things in them. Other than those couple of hiccups it was lovely. Thank you.

We had a great one night stay at this property with a bunch of girls from our salon. The atmosphere was great. The house and all of its features were awesome. There was a furry little mouse friend that liked to visit us and ran through the kitchen and living room, he seemed very comfortable around people! Lol the only other issue we had other than that was the Internet did not work. Other than that would stay here again great little property.

This house was great for our group with bathrooms for each room, a great location in a nice neighborhood with a coffee shop across the street and grocery store across from that. We had a few issues with a leaking roof that was quickly addressed. The historic structure creates some challenges for high steps into and out of showers and baths, glass in doors to some rooms without curtains might bother some people who greatly value privacy and a lack of hand towels, wash clothes and toilet paper surprised us but we bought what we needed and got clean and had fun being together. The furniture is showing some use. But the house suited our needs over all and we would stay again knowing what to expect. Thank you Cody for hosting us!

Nice house in great location
Nice historic house in cool neighborhood within walking distance to grocery store and fun places to visit. Only issue was that there are several “units” in the same house that are rented separately. That was not clear to me when I rented. Turned out to be no big deal, but it was weird when we first arrived.

This house has a lot of character beds were comfortable but at one point or another there was a cat which was uncomfortable for three of our family members. Cut out cat door sealed the knowledge. Or could it be a ghost cat? Thanks for a very fun time kitchen could have some better cooking pots for large groups. Great place to stay for a family vacation. The aesthetic of the home was fabulous ,pictures are accurate, looks way better in person. The location was great close to everything. The linen(towels) could of been cleaner but over all the place was great. Definitely will be staying here again .

Family weekend
Property location is excellent. This home was wonderful for our multi generational family get away. Plenty of room to spread out. Especially enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our family dinner. Furnishings are well loved but everything worked fine. The outside deck was so nice until it snowed 6 inches. There is no street parking and this property has a very narrow driveway to parking in the back. We had 4 cars and struggled with parking. Overall we would recommend this property and stay there again.

We had a great visit to SLC. The house was gorgeous- fantastic furnishings and dreamy decor!! The house was very quiet and an easy location to get to downtown in just a few minutes. We appreciated the on site parking. Check-in was easy with clear instructions and the host responded quickly to a message I sent. I would say it lacked some expected, basic amenities such as there were no garbage cans in bathrooms, dish towels/dish soap/dish sponge, or wash cloths. Also there is only three silverware settings, which is really inconvenient for a house that sleeps 10+. There was half a cake thrown in the snow by the porch and a beer can left on the grill- we didn’t use the porch because it was covered in snow, but still wasn’t the prettiest to look at. Possibly it didn’t get cleaned up or was missed because of the recent snowfall before our arrival. Overall, we had a great stay but the things listed above we would have expected at such a nice rental, and would certainly have been appreciated.

Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location! The parking situation was the only part of our stay that wasn’t amazing. Limited spaces, especially for a large group like ours. Other than that minor, minor detail, it was a dream! Cody was great to work with.

Fun Property with a lot of character
The house is well maintained and have notes of modernity in a cool Victorian property. Really enjoyed the big tubs and the location was close to great restaurants.

We had a blast at this beautiful property, the location was great, good neighborhood. The house was gorgeous. My family had a 1930s style murder mystery dinner for my moms birthday and the setting was perfect. We will definitely be staying again.
