About this house rental
Treat yourself to a vacation you can really savor....and wake up every morning to IN YOUR FACE MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM!!!! The reason why we are better than ski in/out is because my listing includes parking in a heated garage right at the ski lifts! There are maybe 20 houses that are truly ski out to the lift and ski back to your doorstep in the entire community which means you’re hiking one way or the other but my parking blows all of that away! It’s roughly a 5 minute drive from my place to the garage. Everyone says it, but this truly is a one of a kind property with views that can't be beat! The house is an ideal layout for a big family, multiple families or large groups. It took our breath away and we fell in love with this home the moment we walked in and we know you will too! You won’t want to leave, trust me we never do! The space FEATURES that make this home special: *5 Bdrm Custom home **ENORMOUS PRIVATE BACKYARD TERRACE (1000 SQ. FT+) which includes: *Custom Stone Gas Firepit Please be cognizant of outdoor noise levels. Summit county has imposed a good neighbor policy that states quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

This house is everything you could want for a Breckenridge vacation! Place is huge, everybody is able to spread out, and the views are incredible.
Greg is the best rental host I've ever dealt with. He'll answer any question you have about the house or things to do in the town. He generally cares about the experience of your vacation... you cant go wrong here! Our group hopes to be back soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property, which exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Greg's communication was fantastic, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
From the moment I inquired about the property until the end of my stay, Greg was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, contributing to a stress-free booking process and stay.
One of the most delightful surprises was the size of the house. The pictures on the listing don't do justice to its spaciousness and comfort. Walking into the property, I was immediately struck by the roominess, making it an even more enjoyable and relaxing retreat than anticipated. There are plenty of different rooms for peace and quiet and entertainment rooms for friends and family to gather around. Don't get me started on the views from every window, as well as a five-minute drive to Gondola North! One hidden gem this place had was boot warmers in the heated garage! This was an easy five-star review.

Nice property, great views, owner communicated well and was very helpful and responsive, a few of the mattresses were a little uncomfortable and needed replacing (especially on the sofa sleepers), overall a good property and good for a large skiing family.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the marriage of our daughter to her fiancé this past weekend. The place was gorgeous and the patio provided them a beautiful backdrop for their ceremony. The views were stunning from all the decks. Greg was quick to respond and was a great host.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this incredible property, the pictures do not do it justice on how beautiful it truly is. Greg was the most personable host I have ever encountered. From day 1 he was always a text away for whatever we needed. Gave great recommendations on some great local spots. It was a sad day when we had to pack up and leave. Will definitely book here again when I visit in the future.

Staying at this property was nothing short of amazing. Greg was extremely communicative and had the house well stocked with all needs. The house itself was so incredibly spacious and comfortable for 5 separate families! The game room was incredible and so fun and there was more than enough space to relax. The location was also wonderful. Greg himself made the experience wonderful with his ease in communication and timely responses. We can’t wait to book again for next year!

This place was absolutely stunning. The view in the kitchen/living room is next level. Plenty of places to sleep, plenty of fun things to do in the house to entertain a large group, and located super close to the mountain for easy access skiing/snowboarding. Would come back again!!!

This is exactly where our family needed to be. Best view of slopes and lights of town below. A telescope stands in family room window facing slopes and over town allowing for a close up. House design allowed for our large group to have some needed space at times, yet quickly convene for meals and photo ops. Appreciated that soaps, shampoos, and even lotions were provided. Be prepared to enjoy a beautiful retreat.

Wonderful accommodations in great location!
We just loved staying at this beautiful home with stunning views. The owner was very Attentive and helpful, prior to the stay with directions to the home and any details we needed. The home was well stocked with linens and the kitchen had all the items we needed to cook a couple meals. Our entire family, age 12 to 72, felt comfortable in that home. I would highly recommend this property, and would love to come back and stay.

Spectacular home, great communication!
We hosted an executive retreat at this home in Breckenridge and the property was phenomenal! The host was communicative and attentive. We were very happy with the rental and would definitely visit again.

The house was amazing, minutes from the slopes, and accommodated three families easily. Greg was super responsive and accommodating. The hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and game room were all hits! Views were spectacular! Highly recommend!
