This house is perfect for large family reunions/vacations, bachelor or bachelorette parties, corporate retreats as well as for wedding accommodations. This 6-bedroom 5.5-bath home that can accommodate up to 15 guests comes with a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful and wide living spaces, a stunning dining area, a pool table in the basement lounge, a fire pit, tons of outdoor games, two laundry rooms and a grill to enjoy a family BBQ. The house is less than a 15 minute drive to Downtown Asheville and less than a 20 minute drive to the Biltmore Estate! There are tons of amazing hiking trails nearby including Pisgah National Forest. The house has everything a large party of people needs! Room to spread out, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, gameroom, pool, hot tub, firepit, and level parking! We came here for a wedding in Weaverville and to explore the area. Minutes away from Biltmore, waterfalls, and Blue Ridge Parkway! Loved the home and location!

We stayed with a large group for a tennis tournament and it was perfect to spread out. The location is nothing special but it was about 10-15 mins from everything.

The property is huge and beautiful!!!!! We had a very nice stay! Only bad thing was getting to pool. I am handicapped and you have to go down steps to garage, out side garage door and up small gravel hill to pool. There is no railing to go down steps to pool. Made it very hard for me. Also, lugging your stuff down to pool. Strange you can't go out back door from kitchen. That would be level and convenient. Oh well. Probably not an issue for non handicapped people. Overall a very beautiful home! We loved it! Dog friendly too! 💗

This house had everything we were looking for - plenty of bedrooms, large gathering area for meals, and a fun outdoor space for the whole family. My only complaint is that the pool area is not easily accessible...you have to go out the front door or side door to get to it, there is no door that gives you direct access. Other than that - it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in Asheville and this house tremendously. This was the perfect spot to return to after a day of sightseeing and hiking. The pool was fantastic to relax and enjoy - the kids (teens and younger) all loved it!
The kitchen is a fully equipped and easy to navigate. The beds were extremely comfortable and lots of room in all the bedrooms. Tons of fun living space for all ages. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and management was very responsive about any issue we encountered. Would definitely stay again!

The most perfect property for a family getaway that keeps on giving. After canceling our Florida trip last minute, we knew that we needed a location that our family would feel safe and invited. We found this property on Vrbo and booked it as soon as we could. Following booking, the hosts continued to communicate with us up until our trip was over and even after. After every outing we had, our kids could not wait to get back home because of the comfort and amenities it provided. The pool, the hot tub, the grill —there was something for everyone. We kept hearing them say they want to move in lol. Needless to say, we had an amazing trip and we could not have asked for a better home during our week vacation. Thanks so much! We will be back!

This is in a great location. Plenty of beds, TVs, great interior, a hot tub and pool, and the home was in great condition. I’d recommend this location and would stay again!

The house is beautiful. 15 people stayed at this house comfortably for 5 days. Very spacious, 10 minutes to downtown and 45 minutes or less to multiple attractions. The only negatives for the property is one fan did not work in the upstairs master, back yard is not connected to any access doors so we did not use the hot tub, and we could not figure out how to get the fireplace started. Management was attentive to the fan and fireplace, next guests will know if those were fixed. Would stay here again and suggest this property to friends and families.

We were a family of 10(including kids) and this was a great clean place to stay. The house had all modern furnitures. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the billiards room. Location: Closer to downtown Ashville. Excellent customer service. Maintenance team responded quickly for our request. Highly recommend!

The property easily fit our family! There was at least one tv per floor, pretty comfy couches, and more than just the basic appliances. Location-wise, it was easy getting downtown, to the mountains and breweries. The hot tub and fire pit were great for this time of year. Property management was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions before, during and after our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again!

We were extremely impressed with this house and location. It was very spacious and perfect for our family gathering of 11 adults and so grateful we could bring our fur babies too. The location was within 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville, The Biltmore Estates and more. The host was very helpful and answered all questions very promptly. They also checked in on us to make sure everything was going well.. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Spacious home for 10 adults and plenty of parking
We had 5 couples and having a bedroom and bath for each worked great. Appreciated there was plenty of parking because each couple had their own car. It was about 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Had a well stocked kitchen and appliances were very nice. Hot tub currently sits in grass yard so to get there you have to go through garage or basement and walk through yard so would have been nice to know because he had rain and snow during our visit and didn’t want to walk through mushy grass to get into hot tub and then back into house. Also would have brought a towel to use for hot tub since we were each given one bath towel for our entire visit. Beautiful new home.

Not really an issue since we spent most of our time out and about in Asheville. The host was more than accommodating. We came to Asheville for my friend's Bachelorette party and we were all thrilled that we chose to stay here!! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood that's an easy 10-15 minute drive to Downtown Asheville. The house had everything we needed and was super nice! The host was very accommodating and was quick to reply to all of our messages. The brand new hot tub was a huge hit for us! Will definitely be staying here again the next time I am back in the area!!
