There is also a Publix, Walgreens supermarket, and some restaurants within walking distance from the resort. Home has security Door bell camera in the front. Each undeclared person at the home will result in $40/per person, per night charge. Please declare the accurate amount of people at the home. Undeclared guests will be vacated for trespassing or could lead to the removal of the reservation if any of these people are deemed unsuitable guests. 🚭NO SMOKING! Any unapproved pet will be fined $250 per night per pet. We are in compliance with ADA and FHA. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21 👉🏻We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you. 👉🏻If you have a complaint regarding any issue or aspect of the property, upon addressing the complaint to VRBO or Host, you are authorizing us to come into the property and resolved the issue up to the standard as previous working condition.
