Property is great. Beds are comfortable. Great kitchen. Two living areas. Plenty of room to spread out. Location is awesome with numerous restaurants, bars and a grocery store within close walking distance. The only downside is the upstairs of this house is leased to others. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear them at night. Would definitely rent this place again.

It was an apartment with character…more than what showed in pictures. Nicely done renovations. It did have table and chairs, which are not pictured, and the host “confirmed” there were none! The five bedrooms were a surprisingly good size, and the kitchen was big and nicely appointed. I hate when they one give you one trash bag, one dishwasher pod, etc. There was bottles of shampoo, and even Pepcid, which is useful in New Orleans 😂 But what I loved best was the location! Several food places, bars, coffee shops were all very close! Even a grocery store!

We brought my parents to NOLA for their 50th anniversary and they had a blast!. This house is in a really cute neighborhood with several restaurants and bars around the corner. Unexpectedly spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower floor. There aren't stairs to worry about if you or someone you're with has a harder time getting around. Washer and dryer so you don't need to overpack. Just a mile or so from Audubon park if you'd like to go for a long walk or a run, and just a 15 minute walk to the streetcar. The owners were very friendly and communicative, with reminders for check-in/out and lists of things to see and do. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house and the neighborhood. There was a lot of great resturaunts, a grocery store, bars, and a liquor store in walking distance. We Ubered everywhere down town for reasonable costs. The only down falls are that they don’t have bathroom rugs and the floors are slippery after getting out of the shower. No yard at all, as the back yard is reserved for the upstairs tentants. They need a sectional or more furniture in the main living room because as comfortable as that sofa/chair is, it barely fits four people in a 5 bedroom home. I also think that each bedroom needs a wall mirror, there’s one wall mirror in one bedroom and the bathroom mirrors. All together it was a great stay and Carter was great communicating

We had a great time staying at this location. We went down for a bachelor party. The place has a supermarket, coffee shop, and a liquor down the street. Ubering to downtown was only 15 mins away. The place's a/c was amazing too since it was quite warm during our stay.

This house was perfect for my bachelor party in New Orleans. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for seven of us. The neighborhood is very neat, walkable, and safe. Carter kept in close contact with us and had great recommendations for local spots and things to do too. we took quick Ubers to downtown and the French Quarter but spent most of the days exploring the neighborhood. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time in NOLA and the apartment was perfect for our group of 8! No problem finding street parking for three cars and we Ubered everywhere very easily. We had some great meals at Dat Dog (across the street) and an amazing brunch at the Bearcat Cafe (down a few blocks). The space was great but just a note that there are tenants that walk around upstairs and there is no outdoor space to hang out in during nice weather. But there are lots of great bars and restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect place for our family to stay in New Orleans for a wedding . Nothing fancy but clean with plenty of room for 8 adults. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to French quarters. Downfall: it is the lower level of the house and you could hear the upstairs residents walking around early in the morning
