Location is ideal if you want to stay in a quiet neighbourhood but close to Shinjuku. Lawson is right under the apartment
The toilet is very tight, so if you are tall it is difficult to use

My favorite part was honestly the bathroom setup. Coming from the US, I'd never encountered anything like the shower room and drying room combo, and it turned out to be incredibly convenient: you shower and soak in the tub, wash your clothes in the provided machine, then hang them to dry right there in the shower room. The apartment also has a balcony that's great for people watching, and the national park is just a couple blocks away.
Location-wise, this place is unbeatable. There's a 24-hour Lawson next door, a coffee shop, and a really good meatball restaurant nearby. It's also walking distance to the LGBTQIA+ and ally bar scene, plus all the shopping and the metro line.
Wifi worked great for the most part. I do Zoom meetings at odd hours, sometimes for 12 hours a day, and there was never a real issue. Even on the rare occasion it got a bit spotty, it never actually affected my work.
Getting used to small quarters, though that's very normal in Tokyo, and honestly this place is actually a pretty generous single size compared to most options, which is part of why I chose it.

Room is very clean. This is good.
Seveeral issues need to be modified.
1. Checkin instruction is not clearly logic. It should write like this. Step 1, enter the building gate, push ... then ... Step 2, Find a checkin tablet on the left of the elevator, then use the QR-code from the email to scan, then ......
2. Add some USB charging plugs would be better.
3. Deffirent from hotel, no toothbrash and slippers in the room, this should be notifed in Big Words.
