The Space: After a fun-filled day of exploring downtown Breckenridge, unwind in this deluxe 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests. This condo offers a shared hot tub and a heated pool with stunning views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range. Relax in the comfortable living room featuring a cozy sofa that can be converted into a queen size pullout. The room also has an indoor gas fireplace where you can warm yourself up, while winding down and watching your favorite show in our flat screen TV. Access to the patio is in the living room, should you want to step outside for some fresh mountain air. The patio has a small seating area for up to 2 people where you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature with a cup of hot cocoa. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area with seating for up to 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a flat screen TV, where you can recharge for your next day of adventures. Right across the hall from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Breckenridge STR License Number: 452430001 Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment, shared hot tub and pool with a view of the Ten Mile Mountain range, free parking space, and shared laundry facilities on-site. The Neighborhood: The condo is located steps from the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, food, and shopping experiences you won't want to miss. The Breck free ride bus will take you to the gondola with other fun stops along the way. This location is a perfect walk to Main Street. Getting Around: The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Base 9 bus stop on the Grey Route only a 5 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available. Other Things to Note: Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A parking pass is required for the free on-site parking space. The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Interaction with Guests: We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for quickest response.
