Wonderfully located in the heart of downtown Pensacola less than a mile from Blue Wahoos Stadium, a stay at this elegant, two-bedroom townhouse will ensure you relax like a local. With two electric bikes provided for your use, you'll be able to ride to excellent restaurants, the Blue Wahoos Stadium, and fantastic galleries and boutiques on Palafox Street. The house is centrally located between both Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key beaches, so you'll have your choice between top-tier beach experiences. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a living space spread out across two floors. The main level features a lovely kitchen, dining, and living area where you can easily mingle and unwind in central air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a subway tile backsplash, and there's room to dine at the two-person island and the circular table for four. Outside on the fenced-in patio, you'll find a gas grill, cushioned seating, and a serene setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails. After a day spent strolling the Pensacola Bay waterfront or lounging in white sand on Perdido Key Beach, you'll have a private washer/dryer for your laundry. Additional in-home amenities include streaming-capable TVs in the living area and both bedrooms and even a desk with a WiFi printer in case you need to get a bit of work done. THINGS TO KNOW You must provide your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. Two electric bikes are provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great vacation rental property! This home is really just "so pretty". It is exactly what you see. It smells "new" when you walk in the front door...who doesn't like new?! So nicely presented and decorated. Well stocked. Washer/dryer (used a lot). nice yard to sit outside. sand chairs for the beach days. Quiet neighborhood. Next door neighbor was very nice. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. My wish list was water, sun, sand and seafood and a nice place to stay...I got everything I wished for.

Very clean and so cutely decorated. The townhome is very quiet and the location is close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay. Walked to dinner to 5 Sisters and it was so good! Highly recommend!

I am trying to make this review as fair as possible and probably would have given it 3.5/5 if given the option. Let me start with the pros. Pros: Super clean and a beautiful home from the inside. It was comfortable and in a pretty good condition. It was almost everything you could ask for from the inside. I would have given the home 4.5 stars if it wasn't for the cons: Cons: The home was in a decent street, but when we left the home we looked right at the busy funeral home which always had people getting ready for a funeral. Not exactly what you want to see when vacationing. On top of that the area is not the most beautiful if you come from nice suburban Houston like we do. The area is really run down and the first thing we saw were homeless people about 2 walking minutes away. Within the home, the light in the smaller bedroom was dead. Also, the pots and pans were all scratched up, forcing us to buy own pan because we did not want to poison ourselves with the scratched antistick lining. We also caught three roaches...but to be fair, they came from outside. All in all our stay was ok. I don't understand that the previous reviews did not mention the relatively "not so nice" area and the pots that definitely all need to be replaced.

We were looking for a spot with easy access to the Palofox and Gulf Breeze area without all the beach traffic. Junebug’s was perfect. Quiet neighborhood just off the Palofox area. It was clean and comfortable with understated beach decor. Just as described. We will stay again!

We loved everything about this place. Spacious, very quiet, walkable to downtown. Steps to Five Sisters and the Blue Dot (huge, yummy burgers). Great decor. Nice private patio. Huge primary bedroom. Very nice bathrooms. The e-bikes were a blast, too! We will definitely be back!

We loved that Junebug's was close to downtown, everything is within walking distance. The home was charming and clean with fun decor details. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, it was peaceful and quiet. It is a great place to explore and reconnect! Great location!

We came to town for a Wahoo’s game! Arrived on Friday eve to clean, well appointed place and took an inexpensive Uber to dinner @ McGuire’s! Saturday we walked to the Palafax Farmers market and then to the baseball game!! Super location and I wish I had the time to ride the ebikes!! Excellent communication and response from rental agency! Would definitely stay again!!

The property was just as expected. However, the battery in the smoke detector beeped all night long. We called for someone to come and replace the battery and no one showed up. We finally removed the device so that we could sleep without disruptions.
