Our private pool and hot tub are the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the dock offers easy access to the lake for paddle boarding, boating, and fishing. - 22 min from Disney - 20 min from the convention center and Universal - 15 min from Orlando Airport - 5 min from Downtown It's a duplex, so you have TWO kitchens and TWO washer/dryers. The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect gathering place, with large windows offering views of the lake. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the outdoor deck and grill are perfect for al fresco dining. Our space is uniquely located near the heart of Orlando. We're next to Cypress grove park, great for out door exercising and walking, and five minutes from downtown. With 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. BEDROOMS: Master bedroom: king bed and private bathroom Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Detached from regular house, twin beds Upstairs Master: king bed Upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Full bed Amenities include: - Paddle boards - bocce ball - fire pit - putting green Sport Nautique available for: - 8 hours $400 . Jet skis available for : - 2 hours, $200 - Half Day 4 hours, $300 - 8 hours $450 Pontoon Boat available for 10 seats, with bluetooth speakers for : - 2 hours, $300 - 4 hours, $450 - 8 hours, $550 No parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification. To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day. This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection. You'll have access to both upstairs and downstairs units. Access to the upstairs unit is through the staircase on the left side. The neighborhood is very safe, all the neighbors are extremely friendly, but please don't go knocking on their doors. Important: Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Note that our tropical environment may bring about encounters with critters and insects. While we have monthly pest maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us. A security deposit of $600.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date. *Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*

Had a blast at this lakefront house with friends! The pool and lake views were amazing, and the patio fire pit added a cozy vibe to our evenings. Bedrooms were super comfy. Can't wait to come back next year for a longer stay!!!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this lovely property. My friends and I had a great catch-up session by the pool, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as well. The overall experience was exceptional, and we're already planning to come back for more. The house was immaculately clean, which added to our comfort, and we truly appreciated the quick and efficient responses from the property management when we needed assistance. Throughout our stay, we never encountered any issues, making it a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be recommending this place and Orlando Epic Rentals to our friends. It's a gem of a stay!

Soon after arriving at the property following a long day of travel, we all noticed a strong smell of mold/mildew throughout the entire 1st floor of the house. We couldn't locate a single source of the smell, so it must've been coming from the garage, under the floorboards, or inside the walls. I tried contacting VARBO, the homeowner, and the property manager, none of whom really seemed to be very concerned. We ended up piling everybody into the top floor. The next day, again nobody came by to do anything about the smell aside from the cleaner who dropped off a small dehumidifier. At worst this situation was dangerous to anybody who would choose to sleep downstairs and at best it just smells horrid and not something you want to experience on a weekend trip. All of the guests are either currently or previously from Florida and are familiar with Florida homes, new and old, and this was certainly not just a case of some out-of-towners unaware of the smells of a sea-level home. We were very unimpressed with the reaction by both VRBO and the homeowner. I hope they take this situation seriously and treat the problem rotting inside their home.

Had a great weekend with some friends here. It had everything we wanted - pool & hot tub, many bedrooms, a fire pit, and even a piano upstairs. The home feels private and secluded, great for a getaway trip.

We LOVED having two kitchens. My brothers family stayed upstairs and our family stayed downstairs so it was perfect for us to have multiple options. The pool was a lot of fun and the hottub big enough for 5 of us at a time. The lake is a nice amenity, too, although we didnt go paddle boarding. Austin was so quick to respond and very polite. You can tell they've put a ton of effort into making this place perfect. We will be back for sure.
