Avoid this place! EVITAR ESTE SITIO!

Muy decepcionante!

I requested if I could do early check-in and was immediately denied, fair enough, strict policy...can happen BUT we were supposed to receive the auto-checkin information at 15:00 but it was more than that time and nobody sent the info. Only after waiting and contacting them they sent the info and guess what.... they said the place was still under cleaning. It was a VERY disappointing thing they didn't organise the place to be ready on time!! The fact that they only let you do a mandatory auto-checkin was very uncomfortable cause they FORCE you to upload pictures of your İD document (somewhere online you don't know or how they will protect or how long they will keep in there) otherwise you will not receive the code for the key box outside the apartment. Something I think it's even against the EU data protection law. I think I will dig a bit on that to see if this is really legal or not. They will force you to register in a platform called Swikly to block money in case something is not right in the apartment but they do not carry out an inventory in your presence upon arrival si I strongly recommend that you take photos and send the cause when I arrived the towels heater in the wall was hanging broken and out from the wall. I had to make a video and pics to report at my arrival cause the agency who rents the apartment makes wouldn't charge me for it. The shower half-door is too short and when you take a shower the bathroom floor will be always get wet no matter how much care you take. İ am just 177cm and the bed it's SO sort than my feet came out of the bed and couldnt have a decent sleep The cleaning wasn't that good and the place was kind of humid since it was heavily raining and the apartment door goes directly against the street. Lucky enough I was only one night otherwise I would had have to move to other place. Avoid this place! --- Solicité el check-in anticipado y me lo denegaron inmediatamente.

Probably would not stay again.

Loved that we didn’t have to “lug” suitcases up any flights of stairs as door opens straight into the apartment. Had a great tapas bar right at the door.

The pillows were disgusting! Lumpy and flat, yellow and stained with no protective covers on. Had to cover with towels to sleep on. Should be immediately replaced. There was no instruction manual on how to use the washing machine/dryer. Could not get a taxi easily, ended up walking to the train station

Host szybko odpowiada.

Opóźnienie w check-in przez nieposprzątany pokój. Brak kluczyka w skrzynce. Konieczność kontaktowania się z hostem. Ekspres na kapsułki bez kapsułek. Brak dobrej restauracji czy kawiarni w pobliżu.
