This house is as cozy and comfortable as a little nest, located in the countryside near Capalbio and just 3 km from the sea (Chiarone/"Ultima Spiaggia" area). Guests have access to a magnificent, spacious garden with outdoor furniture. It’s in a strategic location for exploring the entire Tuscan Maremma. It accommodates up to two people.

The bedroom features a very high beamed ceiling and overlooks a charming little flower garden, for the exclusive use of guests. It is bright and very quiet. The private bathroom opens directly onto the bedroom. The kitchen has the delightful feature of being outdoors; decorated with beautiful majolica tiles, it offers the chance to cook and eat outside, in the shade of a pergola, at any time of day. The small garden can also be used as a cozy living area. The house is small but laid out in a highly functional way. The space is arranged in an original way and tastefully furnished. The overall atmosphere is very intimate and romantic. In addition to the small garden in front of the room, guests have access to the property’s vast, fully equipped garden—a place of peace and harmony.
