Welcome to Sunrise Pines! We at Bonding Time LLC are attentive homeowners who want the best for our guests vacation. We feel communication is key, and are here for you all along the way to make sure you have a five star experience. This is our 5th vacation rental home! We have wonderful experience managing these homes and five star status, so rest assured we know how to provide a quality home with excellent management. We provide many amenities in the house so you can pack lightly! Summer includes yard games, and lake toys such as kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, row boat, and a swim raft. Dogs may be considered if inquired about before booking. No parties or events. Inquire if you have any question about this. Renter must be 25+ years old. This is a very private place for families to reconnect and enjoy bonding time at its finest. The two acres of land allows for seclusion on Huron Lake (no wake) in Waushara County, so you can play in the yard, have a camp fire, eat your lunch outside, and play on the water with some of the provided lake toys (paddle board, kayak, swim raft, etc.). We encourage respect of noise and voices carrying over the lake, and not hosting for late night parties ... we are family oriented and abide by county noise regulations. While the lot is private, we do have neighbors and want to keep everyone happy. The house is 5 minutes from a small town grocery store and 8 minutes from a wonderful coffee shop (Plainfield), and 15 minutes from two larger grocery store in the other direction (Wautoma). It has extremely easy access to I39, so shopping, dining, entertainment in Plover or Stevens Point is quick & easy! You're also near many hiking opportunities, the Ice Age Trail, and Amish Country! Here’s the layout: upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a sleeping space in the loft on a queen bed with beautiful lake views of the lake! There’s also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main level is open concept and has a lovely deck for outdoor relaxation or socializing. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom on the main level. The lower level is a combination of a game room and "bedroom". In this lower level there is a TV, sofa, infrared fireplace in the TV stand, a custom barn beam pool table, and foosball. There are two twin beds, one queen bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Ski opportunities at Nordic Mt just 20 min away, and about an hour away there are a couple of ski hills near WI Dells or one in Wausau. Very easy to get to! The kids could try sledding in the yard, or tubing at Nordic Mt., and there's always ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing ... enjoy WI winters!
