Modern and well equipped, with all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a great location, making it easy to explore central Amsterdam. The staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help.
The toilets and shower areas were unclean and did not appear to be checked or cleaned regularly. The shower cubicles were awkward to use, with only two very small hooks and a tiny shelf for towels, clothes and toiletries. The water was not contained within the shower, leaving the entire floor flooded.
