Not only was the property and our room very clean but the staff was Amazing! Not just the front desk staff but the kitchen staff helped when my daughter was sick and could not come down for breakfast, they were kind and checked in with us each day to see how she was doing. This was an amazing stay and if I ever return to Zermatt (and I hope I do) I would definitely stay here!
The pool, sauna and hot tub…all wonderful!
Breakfast was great and I don’t think we could have had a better view of the Matterhorn!!! Thank you all!

Staff were very helpful and informative. Central position only a few minutes was to shops etc or the free bus service about 1 minute walk away.
