It’s so great that something like this still exists in Beverly Hills. Charming with a lot of character for very little money.

Was never able to check in

Hotel is located in an excellent location, across the street from Beverly Hills Civic Center, with many different options for nearby shopping, and dining. Staff is helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. I would stay there again if visiting the area in the future.

It was a great place. I recommend it

This place is VERY dirty and not safe, window latches were broken and windows slide right up from ground level. The bed was as squeaky as they come, and toilet howls while flushing .. I DO NOT recommend this even at this lower price point.

The employees are excellent and very friendly; that made the stay more pleasant.
The bed and sheets were clean, as were the bathrooms and showers.
The tables, the walls look like they haven't been cleaned in years.
The building is old and could be very inviting if it were better preserved.
It is in a very nice and safe area. It's perfect if you're short on budget.

Perfect for a one night trip. Saw a concert then went back and crashed. Very quiet and slept well. Close to everything, no need to drive

Very very very basic hotel. Amenities : 2 small soaps and 2 disposable plastic cups. No phone. Not air conditioned but have ceiling fan. Very old structure, friendly staff. No door security chain. Old bedding, worn upholstery on chair. Old thin curtain in room did not shut out light outside. No curtain in bathroom window(facing wall of another structure, still …,little more privacy would have been nice), squeaky doors. Could hear very conversations next door, also outside in hallway. Need to shut door with force to ensure it’s securely closed, loud noises with other guests doors. Generally, every creaks and sound(from other guests)could be heard.
Only 3 blocks from Rodeo Drive. Area seemed ok, did not walk around too much.
Would have been willing to pay extra $ to stay in more moderne hotel. To be fair, it was categorized as a 2 Star establishment on Hotels.com

Love the hotel del Flores. It's a very old building in the nice and safe neighborhood of beverly hills. It has character and history with beautiful decorations. I always check in on the evenings, and that lady is so nice and attentive.

Disappointing to say the least. Presents as a boutique hotel but it’s run as a cheap dump.
Cool old building that they don’t take proper care of. Furniture in the rooms is s cheap junk, service is poor

Relaxing environment!

No chair in bedroom. Not a comfy place for an elderly person.
Bed takes up most of the room.
Looks like things were picked up off the street.

This hotel is a dump. And the receptionist is completely oblivious. She was watching TV and would not come to the desk until I called several times on the phone.
The rooms had insects and the AC was non existent.
This place should be plowed under. Go next door to the Cresent

Not the best

The service was excellent! Both check in and check out was very pleasent, people at desk went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and appreciated.
However, the bed was uncomfortable and the toilet made a squeeky noise for a minute and a half every time it was flushed. It is an old building, and it doesn't seem like anything's been upgraded in a while.

Very walkable and safe location. The building is old, but the rooms are clean. There is discounted parking nearby. Overall, this hotel is a great value.

This hotel is a hidden gem built in 1928! Perfect for International travelers. Felt like I was staying at my aunties house. If you are wanting to hang in your room, look elsewhere, but if you are wanting to explore Beverly Hills and have a comfy place to stay- this is your place! We will be back :)

It was what I expected for the price I paid.

Room is not as good as the picture, smelled of mold, plaster pealing off the walls, sketchy stains on the bed spread.

The worst hotel experience in my life, I booked at the last minute for 2 nights and it looked nice from the outside. They gave me a dirty room, which smelled bad with the window facing a back street that sounded like an air conditioner from some place was going to break and to top it off I found a cockroach... disgusting. Not being able to sleep, I went out at night (nobody at the reception) and booked another hotel. The next day after 11 because I was exhausted after couldn't rest in the hotel I went back tonhotel del flores and they didn't want to give me back the second night stay in the hotel because it was after 11 am. the receptionist scott was trying to argue with me and i decided to leave. I will never try to save 1 dollar on hotels again. conclusion, it is better to ask a homeless to leave you a hole in their cardboard than stay a night in hotel del flores.

The room and Bathroom were not clean, and bath tub was horrible. It seems like the property was not maintained properly, rooms were very depressing.
On last day, I requested 30 mins to checkout after 11.00am and manager said If I took more than 10 mins to vacant room, she will charge me $50 extra.
I will not go to this property ever, even by mistake.

Location was excellent. Staff was nice and parking situation was good. It's a very old and charming building. Room was small but clean. Only negative was the excessive hold put on my card for the stay.

In my opinion the hotel is of very poor quality. The rooms, bed carpets, furniture, carpets are extremely dirty and with a bad smell. When I arrived I saw the conditions and I had to go to sleep in another hotel.

Price excellent. It was quiet and comfortable. Great location. Has discounted parking nearby. Unique place

a bad experience, I had the problem of making a mistake on the date of the reservation, I went a day after the reservation and having free space in the hotel, the manager did not want to fix my mistake. It seems to me that the manager is just as old as the hotel, dirty upholstery and horrible and neglected decoration. I will never come back

Great property for the price! And great location! It is older, and not updated, but it has a lot of charm and is clean. I thought it was perfect.

The location of this hotel is the best. The hotel is very outdated and the rugs have a funny smell. If u plan on being out most of the day and not in the room then you won’t even care because u have a place to sleep. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel price was good. Room needs some work and upgrades. Bath tub need to be clean badly , feels good to shower in clean and shinny tub. Bed frame was noisy but after torque bolts myself noise went away. Bathroom door did not close propertly ,latch need some adjustments.

Price is the best. Needs minor repairs.
