Room was spacious and clean . Breakfast was excellent . The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. A great stay !

Pillows were a little small compared to what we were accustomed to. We usually bring our own but neglected to this time. Room was great. It was really quiet considering that it was just 2 blocks from I-40 with no intervening structures.

Very comfortable stay with everything that I needed. The front desk staff was amazing and went out of their way to help me when I had an issue with my travel schedule. Very much appreciated!

Looks like an older place but it appears the owners/chain is in the process of revamping/upgrading is as there was quite a lot of construction supplies in the lobby & down one of the halls.
Overall it was ok. Thin walls (could hear the guests in the next room talking late at night) & the floor in the bathroom seemed sticky when I first walked in there. Not sure if that was residue from the carpet on my shoes or if it really was something on the tile. I didn’t notice it the next morning on bare feet.

We checked in and dropped off our bags and went to dinner. Came back to hotel to find our key did not work and someone else was in our room. Knocked on door and asked them if we could get our bags they said they didn't have our bags. Went to front desk and informed them. Front desk assured me they did not give my room away. Long story short police had to be called to figure out what was going on. 4 hours later we were put in another room and did not sleep because did not feel safe. No discount or refund offered for our trouble.

Purchased a room and get to the hotel to be told they can not give us a room. Referred us to a different comfort suites that was awful. Had to pay for both rooms.

We have chosen this location several times, there was only one stay that we had a bad experience but that was in covid days. We enjoy staying here, breakfast is good, we couldn't use the pool again which we looked forward to using

Hotel is nice. Buffet Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were fine. Good WiFi. No bedding for the sofa bed we needed. Didn’t get the accessibility room I asked for. All in all a descent hotel.

The tv never worked we asked both days we were on property to have it fixed to no avail.

Got switched rooms and the next room had someone staying in it.
Got switched another room and finally got a decent room. Very dissapointed. Front desk seemed to not be phased by the lack of quality service.

The first room - beds weren’t made had to go to front desk to get a different room- no apology for the inconvenience. We had been on road 8 - 9 hours & it wa late.. breakfast was good. Stayed here in 2021 & it seemed nicer then.

Rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are nice. We picked this hotel to relax for Thanksgiving because they had a hot tub and pool . The hot tub only worked the first night and the pool was disgusting. It had dirt, hair and cigarette butts in it. Did look like it had been cleaned in a very long time! We were very disappointed

Staff were friendly, rooms are spacious, breakfast was good, and there’s a nice grassy area for pets to relieve themselves. That said, the property seemed poorly maintained overall- walls were scuffed all over, a hole in one wall, stains on the shower curtain… it was just an “ok” stay.

Our room had no towel bar or hook in the bathroom for towels. Wall repairs were done but never painted.
Lamp on desk did not work. Many of the outlets did not work. The table in the room was disgusting.

We travel with our dog. On the booking site, the charge for a pet is show as $25. This is pretty usual. We were charged $40 when we checked in at the hotel. (It is still being shown as $25 on the Expedia site.)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got in really late so we woke up right as breakfast was ending. Since everything was getting thrown out anyway, they let us fill up some plates as they were cleaning. It was very much appreciated. We have a long journey ahead of us so it really made our day!

Very clean, friendly staff. Nice big rooms for an excellent price. Pet fee was a little high, $35 for our little dog.

The carpet in the room must have been recently cleaned and was still a little damp. The beds were so comfy and location was quiet. We booked again for our return trip home.
