This property is amazing. We will stay here again next time we are in Florence. Everything was so well thought through - impeccable! Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center. You can walk everywhere. One thing you need to plan ahead is parking. Read about parking on the weekends and learn about the restricted zones. Figure that out ahead of time and your stay at this place will be worry free and enjoyable!

This location is perfect if you want to be "just" out of the way of the Florence crowd, but close enough to join in whenever you want. The walk to the bridge to get into the central area is like 7min. You're also within walking distance to the Offizi Gallery. There are good restaurants on the street directly behind this hotel, too, and the Piazzale Michelangelo is very close. My stay was exceptional.

Plenty of room and very clean. Great location- but still quiet and plenty of restaurants within walking distances and little stores. Our apartment room was the best (#5) because it had a balcony we enjoyed! Also, very handy, was the washer/dryer in basement and well organized for ease of use.

We had a wonderful stay in a nice apartment with a very handy kitchen and a balcony overlooking the garden.
The lift and free water were also a bonus.
