The Aloft Reno Tahoe airport is my favorite place to stay while in town for business. The rooms are very comfortable, great bathroom, and there's a corner table which makes it perfect to work on a laptop. Only reason I didn't give this trip 5 stars is because there was a high school volleyball tourney in town. The players staying in the hotel were so loud in the lounge area I was unable to enjoy a beer and food at the hotel bar.

We came in late… about midnight after a long day with a child and no one was at the desk. We waited 15 minutes and started to consider another hotel. Front desk person finally arrived and complained that she was busy and only one on staff. Not our problem.

The hotel did not meet our needs because the window looks right into the parking lot. Passersby look right into your room. This is not a great neighborhood either. If you do stay here be sure to get an upper floor for privacy if you want to open the blinds.

Be prepared for a dorm room vibe. Doesn’t feel like a $150 a night room. Which is what I paid. Everything is white and plain. Doesn’t feel luxurious. Even hallways are dark grey and sterile. Do your research and look at photos on website. Not romantic. Feels like a Hotel 6. Bare. Basics. The wallpaper in bath is an abandoned gas station??

Room condition was less than expected. Broken window shade wouldn't open, so it was stuck closed our entire stay. No desk in room to work on laptop. A table and bench was in the room, but the frame of the bench was bent, causing it to wobble when you sat in it - not an ideal workspace. Lighting in the room was really poor, especially in the bathroom. No cleaning service during our 2-night stay, even though we requested it. On a positive note, bar staff was very friendly and the living room/lobby was a pleasant place to spend time. Also loved that it was dog friendly. Will try another place next time we're in town.

This was an unexpected perfect little stay over for us. The customer service was excellent and the rooms were nice and clean. There is no continental breakfast but a nice restaurant. It turned out to be a perfect stay for us

When we arrived, our room was dusty and the cushions stained and the toilet was not flushed. No bottles of water in the room. they moved us to another room very far away from the elevator. thats it.

Very nice room but was very surprised to be charged for parking at box hotel of this style. Was not notified that I would be charged for parking. Also heads up there is no door to close for privacy for shower! Would avoid if traveling with your kids, friends or others you don't wanna be naked in front of :)

Needed a place to stay after late night flight. V close to the airport. Charge for parking seemed a bit ridiculous. Rooms were nice, updated showers. No hand soaps provided (I'm guessing this was a mistake) so had to use the shower soaps.

Great comfortable lodging with all the amenities and helpful staff. Central location near everything and transportation. Kid friendly. Pool , Gym, Lounge, view, food, Shuttle.

Really liked the hotel overall but as a big guy would like rounded shower curtains. 18” of usable shower is a little small. A little louder than I like and a bit stuffy with no operating windows and air didn’t seem to work right.

Love the room other then theres a door to the toilet room but no door to the bathroom which has a sink and shower with a glass door. There’s a wall with beds on one side and the shower and sink on the other side wide open. Not idea room for families.

Nice place to stay passing through Reno. The room and hotel were modern and very clean. The price was excellent and it’s pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. The bathroom is not private though- no door between glass shower and room and our bathroom sliding door did not work. It was fine for us as a family- but wouldn’t work with others. There’s a bar with light menu available and a nice little 24 hour convenience store. Would recommend for short stay at a clean, safe and easy to get to place that is a good value.

This is a surprisingly comfortable place to stay. Our room was to Floor and very quiet. Just be aware that there is no breakfast or food service. Grab and go microwave stuff is very pricey with a bottle of Bud for $7 and nothing nearby for food.

This is the closest hotel to the Reno airport and we literally got in late and left early in the morning and just used it for a quick overnight to catch a very early flight.

Strange to take a shower in a clear glass door shower when the vanity mirror reflects a view back into the bedroom area. Im sure my entire family does not want to see that.

The rooms were clean and the property was conveniently located right by the airport. The only issue was the fire alarm continuously made a light, rhythmic "pop" sound all night that made it difficult to get to sleep.

The staff was asked more than a few times to please fix my door bar for safety as it was broken off. The request was never completed and when asked by staff the status they were unprofessional and did not assist. I also received my bill this morning and was charged for two days of parking when I did not even have a car. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.
