We had a pleasant stay in this very lovely house in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds, nice master bathroom and shower. Host responded right away for the few questions we had. Check in was easy and just as expected.

This is my first VRBO rental.
The owner was constantly in communication with us. Just message her and she replies so quickly. She is very in tune to your needs.
The house was over the top as far as clean. Beds, in all of the bedrooms, were very comfortable.
Would have loved a King Size bed in the Master bedroom, but that was certainly not a deal breaker.
The neighborhood is upscale. Absolutely close and convenient to ANYTHING!
The fenced in yard is perfect for dogs! The patio is awesome/private to enjoy your morning coffee on, or your nightcap.
I will be looking to book this house again in the future.

Microwave didn’t work..no extra blankets .. front door latch door knob ready to fall off..comfortable beds & quiet neighborhood! House number was painted over & very hard to find to make sure we were at the correct place!

A beautiful, super clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Huge oak trees line the sidewalks. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful! Plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies. The covered patio out back was the perfect placed to relax in the morning. Would love to stay again next time we are in Jax,

My mom and I came to Jacksonville to visit her sister and stayed at this property. It is pretty sparsely decorated, but had everything we needed for a short stay and we appreciated being able to use the washer/dryer after we were caught in a rain storm.
I noticed a fan in the living in one of the pictures, so I worried that the A/C wouldn't work well, but it was great! It was really hot out, but the house was cool and nice.
The mattresses were quite firm. I don't think my back would have done well if I had stayed longer than the two nights we stayed.

House has a nice open layout. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus full size laundry room. Kitchen had dishes, pots and pans that made it convenient to eat in rather than out all the time. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to conveniences of shops, gas and eating places. Plus the owner is very responsive and cared a lot that we were comfortable and had the things we needed. Highly recommend anyone renting this place for your vacation.

First time staying in a VRBO. Wow! What a great experience! Beautiful house in a pleasant neighborhood and close to everything. We loved sitting in the yard and talking over coffee each morning.
The house was comfortable,clean well equipped, and spacious. The owner was in contact and answered all questions very quickly. The fantastic shower was a surprise

Property as pictured. We had an awesome stay. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Only issue was hand soap dispensers were empty. Very easy check in. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

We were in Jacksonville for a wedding and this house was not only very central to the events but cost less per night than a hotel would. It had a lovely backyard and more than enough space. The property manager was extremely responsive to our questions (e.g. where is the ironing board, how do we get the shower on in the guest bathroom). Next time we visit family in the area we will absolutely rebook if available.

This house is very nice, clean, well cared for, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The patio was nice to sit on and enjoy the weather. There were lots of songbirds to listen to. The neighborhood is nice and some people were friendly waving as we walked or biked by. We were able to walk and ride our bicycles in the neighborhood.
The owner and her daughter went above and beyond to make our stay great.

What a wonderful place to stay!! Very spacious 3 BR with big yard, covered patio, 2 bathrooms. Super comfy beds. Great air conditioning! And the location couldn’t be more convenien: around the corner from a main road with shopping centers, and a 15-minute hop to San Marco and its upscale restaurants & shops. Highways nearby. And the host couldn’t be kinder or more solicitous. Just an A+ experience.
