This flat has been completely renovated, it is in the heart of Florence, Santa Croce district, few steps away from the main sight seeings, restaurants and bars. .The rooms are very spacious. The living room has 2 windows opened on the terrace.
This apartment has a very unique flavor.The library in the living room has a lot of art books, the sofas are comfortable and the room is big. 10 people can sit at the dining table. There is a desk and comfortable carpets on the floor.
The apartment has keyboards with codes so you don't need to use keys. Check in can be done 24 hours

Our 3 generation family stayed here for 3 weeks. The rooms were comfortably air conditioned which was great in the summer heat. The terrace was a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. The steps to the apartment were manageable. Our host was responsive to any questions and provided a nice booklet of information. This apartment is within walking distance to almost every attraction.

Apartment was very nice and close to everything. Air conditioning was very much appreciated during the June heat! Host was very helpful and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate booking again
