Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Useful location, not far from the Tetuan metro station. Little noise. Nice accommodation, comfortable bed in a clean room. Bathroom was adequate and a good shower. Nice to have the kitchen, with fridge (used) and sitting room (not used). Balcony was also pleasant, though not used. Host was very communicative and helpful - had a problem entering the block as the host could not get the electronic front door to open remotely but once in, found the keys.
The kitchen and living room were a bit cluttered but OK.

Tutto. Posizione stupenda. Gentilezza del gestore. Cortesia estrema. Pulizia quotidiana. Silenzio perfetto!
