We arrived at this hotel after a long flight and in the middle of the morning our time so we were very tired. The front desk staff need to keep on task and when they are checking people in politely tell other people that they will look after their enquires when they are finished serving their customers. This happened while both front staff were checking people in. Also they charge for parking which is not acceptable for one night.

Booked a king suite room for my wife and I. They originally gave me a normal two double bed room. When I called about the error they spent five mins trying to convince me two double beds was superior because it had a view of the airport (not sure how that is a selling feature). I asked for a refund and would go somewhere else. Almost immediately after a king suite was suddenly available.
Hotel rooms are really nice and either brand new or newly renovated

I felt that it was super accessible to the airport and the shuttle was wonderful. The hotel was clean and roomy. I also thought that it was quiet too. The breakfast options were diverse and the seating area was roomy.

The property is very clean and modern. Breakfast is included and they provide a nice selection. The only issue is this area virtually has no restaurants, shopping within close walking distance.

The shuttle wasn’t available at 2 am when it is advertised as 24-hr but excellent customer service they paid for taxi! Amazing new hotel and amazing hot breakfast!

We arrived at 3am from a night flight in. Reception was great but the next morning we were woken by the maid at 8am wanting to clean our room and then woken again at 9:20 because they thought we checked out. All we wanted to do is sleep (the whole purpose of getting the hotel for a short stay but we kept getting interrupted.

We only stayed one night however we found the room very comfortable and the entire facility nicely appointed and decorated. The breakfast was very nice however some of the hot dishes needed to be warmer.

Hotel was Fantastic But be aware they charge you $25 plus tax to park at the hotel. A little bit of a scam in my opinion. Will not be using that hotel again.

Pool is out of order and they claim waiting for part since April last year but shows on booking page that they have pool, also I never experienced to pay parking for hotel’s own property.

Staff were excellent and property in great condition. But the TV system was horrible with only a few channels and no movie channels of any kind. We were stuck there for 3 days so the nearly total lack of TV was disappointing.

Brand new hotel. Had to stay due to cancelled flights and the front desk had some essentials for us (our baggage was being held). Easy and friendly check in and very spacious clean room. Would recommend!

Nice place for a layover . The beds are comfort and the staff were friendly. They have a shuttle operating 24 hours . We had an early flight so the front desk made us a pack lunch for our breakfast . I would

This property should not have the word airport associated with it. The hotel is not near the airport, there’s nothing, ie restaurants, anywhere near the hotel. Clean and nice hotel but wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it.

The hotel is so clean and new. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast was great and the service was very pleasant. This was welcome after having arrived tired after experiencing many travel snarls.

We arrived on the hotel's shuttle from the airport just after midnight, a long with a half dozen other couples. There was only one employee at the desk and she was checking in another couple. They told us they had been standing there for over an hour!
I'm not sure if the issue was understaffing, under training or just plain incompetence, but the level of service was terrible. It took us nearly 45 minutes to get checked in.

My welcome although near midnight. Such a lovely girl brightened my day after a long tiring flight. My stay was exceptional, the breakfast and the cinnamon roll yummy. Well done.

The staff was very accommodating. I have an allergy to man made scents and perfumes. The hotel lobby and rooms ate scented. I explained my situation and Nihad, the Operations Manager found us an unscented room and upgraded us with the help of Merita and Soumya, Front Dest and Guest services Manager.

This is a recently opened hotel and was almost perfect. The room design and decor was comfortable and spacious and the lounge area and breakfast areas were attractive and functional. Whoever designed this hotel should be very proud of their accomplishments. I would say it is the best medium range hotels I have stayed in.

Reception staff were very pleasant and efficient even though they had an influx of customers due to cancelled flights. Room was super clean and bed was so comfortable.
