We offer both a drip coffeemaker and Keurig Ground Level: This home features a large garage under the house with a beach wagon, beach cart, beach chairs & kids beach toys as well as an extra refrigerator. The back of the ground level boasts a covered, under-the-home, sparkling, heated, private pool. Perfect for evenings, rainy days or after too much sun! The pool area includes an outdoor sectional, swing chair, sun loungers, a propane infrared Charbroil grill, and a large 65” Roku TV. Enjoy lounging in the pool looking out at a beautifully landscaped yard or enjoying your favorite sporting events/shows on the large TV! Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home. First Floor: Features a secondary master bedroom with a KING bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large, SCREENED IN porch with relaxing wooded views. The porch features two seating areas with a love seat with table and pouf chairs as well as a separate seating area with 2 chairs and a small table. It's a great area for relaxation, dining al fresco, card playing and more. The dining room table can accommodate a large crowd - with two 18” leaves (that can be stored inside the table) extends to 118”! Second Floor: Getaway to your master bedroom with a luxurious KING bed featuring a high end foam mattress perfect for a great night's sleep or watching TV on your large flat screen TV. The romantic master bedroom features its own large, SCREENED IN porch with two lounging areas – one with a swing, the other with 2 chairs and a small table for enjoying morning coffee, reading or enjoying a private moment! The luxurious master bath is spa-like with robes, a large shower, frame-less shower door and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN, with a tropical/coastal vibe and one is a KING decorated in a nautical theme. Both have large, flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. This floor also has a full size laundry room with over-sized washer and dryer. Top Floor: Features a large bedroom with TWO QUEEN beds, a large flat screen TV and a relaxing sitting area with two swivel chairs. Also upstairs is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally, a place the kids will never want to leave...a large ocean-themed kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 sets of FULL over FULL bunk beds with single trundles ( sleeps 10 kids), an air hockey table, play table for coloring and reading books, games, toys, a large flat screen TV and many other unique surprises in this fun retreat. Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Included supplies:Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest. Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.

Everything was clean and well-organized, with lots of special touches. Each room decorated with nice beach themes. Fully stocked kitchen including baby/kid items. Very clear, easy check-in/check out instructions and very responsive sending maintenance over when we had a question regarding the pool. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We loved our time at this property! Little did we know that this gated-neighborhood had been built not long ago close by where we stayed at the Resort many years ago! The proximity to the beach (1/2 mile from driveway to boardwalk) and the included heated pool gave us water options that we needed considering fall temperatures! The home was practically brand new, very clean and well-appointed exactly as it is pictured! We enjoyed relaxing on the many balconies and outdoor area by the pool. The beds and showers were all comfortable as well. We only had one small issue on the property and it was addressed and fixed very quickly! We enjoyed many restaurants and mini golf that were all close by. We would definitely stay here again!

We were 10 adults and 9 kids and this was perfect. Just 10 min walk to the beach (we rented a golf cart that sat 6 and shuttled people and stuff sometimes). Shaded pool which was key in the sunny hot weather.

A lovely, roomy, well equipped house for our 3 families of 6 adults and 4 children ages 17 months to 8 years. A short 10 min easy and safe walk to the beach. A wonderful surprise was being literally a 1 minute walk to Adventure Cove putt putt! The Xplorie benefits were appreciated for golf and Adventure Cove putt putt. The best feature of this home for our family was the covered pool. The children played in the pool for hours, falling asleep each night exhausted! The ping pong table was also lots of fun. We cooked in every night except one and found the kitchen to be well organized and equipped, and plenty of seating for dining. The dish washer broke on day 6 and property management dispatched repair person quickly. I really liked the use of e-tablet to access property information and to communicate with property manager. All questions were responded to quickly. Thank you!

Our family of 14, ages 9-76, enjoyed this home! Younger children would do well here, as well. Plenty of space to spread out or gather. Ping pong table and beach accessories came in handy.amd were well stocked. Pool was covered, as described, but nice. House came with some perks like one free bike rental for the week, which we took advantage of, a welcome package of snacks and drinks, and plenty of beach and bath towels. Property manager was very helpful when we needed her for small questions. We were concerned about shared bathrooms instead of en suite before arrival, but it worked perfectly. It is not a long walk to Folly Field Beach, but in the heat of a summer afternoon with gear and coolers, people weren't super excited to make it. We did rent a street legal golf cart from a local company, so that paired with the bike made it nicer to manage, for sure. The beach was very much crowded on the weekend days of our stay. This property was beautiful, clean and well appointed!

This is a great property that is clean, well-stocked and well-managed. I received replies to my questions/inquiries within minutes. It was perfect for our party of 13. The pool is also clean and there are a lot of beach accessories. You can tell the owner's have put a lot of attention to detail in the house. And the beds are comfortable!

We had a really nice stay, with 12 people ranging from 11 to 80 years in age. The house is set up to accommodate even more, but I feel or group was just the right size The walk to the beach is easy, ten minutes max. The only thing I'd recommend is too bring your own umbrella or canopy, as the umbrella they provide is really skimpy. Everything else was just as it should be.
