Disappointing

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. I requested a free cancellation due to unexpected family health circumstances, but the host refused, despite Booking.com forwarding my request. I also asked for a price reduction because the number of guests was reduced from five to two, but this was refused as well. Most importantly, one month before the stay, I specifically asked whether there was a living room where four people could sit comfortably and relax. The host replied: “Yes, absolute you are in an Appartament not in an Museum….” I found this response sarcastic and ironic rather than helpful. When my friends arrived, there was no proper living room or comfortable seating area, just a table, contrary to the impression given by the host. The delayed communication, lack of flexibility, sarcastic attitude and discrepancy between what I expected and what was actually available made this a very negative experience. I would not book this property again and advise future guests to clarify the facilities carefully before booking.

Wonderful location, magnificient sunsets, huge appartment, very calm

Amazing gorgeous sunsets at this location with views of the surrounding hills!!!

Oh my goodness the view at this location was incredible, the best sunset views we had in Tuscany. The grounds are well maintained, as is the pool, and the outdoor patio is the perfect spot for a cheese or charcuterie platter and a wine or dinner as the sun goes down. Sefora was a really lovely welcoming Manager and nothing was too much trouble to ask her. We loved every minute of this gorgeous location. We stayed in the Montoroni Apartment.

There was nothing we didn't like.
