It was a spacious loft! It had all the appliances you could need. The hair dryer was really powerful. The main bed in the upper level loft was so comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable too. The location was the best thing about this loft. Porta Venezia is such a safe neighborhood. There were tons of restaurants and bars nearby. The metro and trams were all within walking distance. The AC worked well too!
The washing machine is in the upper level of the loft and you have to duck down to use the machine because the ceiling is low.

The location and the cleanliness. Most importantly the point of contact Davide was extremely pleasant, explained everything clearly about the apartment- was very helpful regarding the set up and proactive in ensuring that our stay was most enjoyable.
It was a loft so it was dark and limited natural light. The room off the bedroom was tiny and difficult to access

Did not stay at this property as there was a water leak in the neighbouring unit. We notified 34 hours before by David who arranged a beautiful alternative which was bigger and probably in better location at no additional cost. David was most helpful and the communication was excellent.
Alternative accommodation was excellent
