Hotel only a short walk to all the fun in New Orleans...room was a little outdated...just to note the balcony rooms are shared..our neighbor didn't see why she could drag our metal chair set onto her side! Valet guys super welcoming...concierge was helpful..reception clerk not so friendly or welcoming....overall we had a great time but spent most of our time out of the hotel.. Was quite pricey for what it was but then it was Jazzfest and all hotels were pricey!

The chateau is so nice! We were greeted instantly by the friendly and helpful staff from the minute we pulled up out front. The valet parking is a breeze and your car is parked in a lot literally across the street, very quick and convenient. We were able to store our bags with the friendly doorman before our room was ready (it was even earlier than the 4pm check in time). The lobby and pool are very clean and recently renovated. The rooms were such a surprise! So clean and nice. Much larger than we thought, even had a breakfast table! For being just a few blocks from Bourbon St, the room was quiet as well. We didn’t hear any of that hustle and bustle. Would stay again!

I got either a “good morning” or a “welcome back” every time I was in the lobby.

Hotel has a historic charm. Staff was awesome especially housekeeping. In our opinion, the best central location to everthing. Everything in walking distance. I heard guest complaining about parking fees but we did not have a vehicle. We walked or took street cars everywhere else. No need for vehicle to us.

We had a great stay - from the warm and helpful staff to the wonderful, cozy room. Our room was always cleaned early in the day, loved the courtyard pool area and the how safe we felt.

The Chateau Lemoyne was the perfect location for navigating the French Quarter. We were steps from Bourbon, but also very close to public transportation to access Uptown. The staff was all very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The room was nice and clean. No complaints. Highly recommended!

Room decor is nice and modern. Room is old and cleanliness in bathroom could be better. Carpet is old and appeared to need a good shampoo. Decent but would not stay here again. This was our second part of our NO trip, stayed at Marriott on Canal St and it definitely was not as nice and clean as the Marriott.

I spoke to front desk about a situation we had with the room , they said they would help us once check out came but unfortunately that was not the case . Once we went back to get it resolved they person at front desk they were not aware of our situation and would gave us a whole other resolution which in end did not happen either

Our compressor went out in our room and they switched us to another room as an upgrade. Excellent housekeeping services too.

My husband and I stayed for one night before jumping on a cruise. This was overall a great property. Close to everything but far enough that you’re not hearing all the madness of Bourbon St. The room was huge which we loved and it was clean. Check-in was smooth and they stored our luggage so we could explore since we arrived early. We were still able to check in before time which was also great after a day of traveling. I would definitely stay here again if ever visiting NOLA again.

We went at the end of January and this year it was close to Mardi Gras time. The suite we had could have been cleaner. Curtains showed dust on the top part. The rest was OK. Room was too dark, A/C was very noisy.

Overall the hotel was nice, clean and great proximity to Bourbon Street. But there was virtually no hot water, even after the on-site engineer told us to let it run for 5 minutes before showering.

This hotel was AMAZING!! The location was perfect and within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do. Our flight was delayed by 2 days and the hotel was so accommodating and we were able to extend our stay and stay in the same room! It was amazing and really helped keep us sane while we were trying to get home! I plan on staying here from now on since I visit a couple times a year!

The hotel location was great, it was close to Burbon Street but still quiet. T there’s limited parking options available. We took the valet option.

Friendly staff. Eddie, the concierge was most helpful regarding restaurant suggestions. Great accommodations, just couldn't figure out the rugs on the corridor floors. At first we thought they were worn in need of new ones. Checked other floors, the rugs looked the same. Horrible design. They all looked worn needing to be replaced!!

Pros: The valet parking attendant was great, he made a wonderful first impression. The view from our balcony was amazing, a block from Bourbon St., easy walk to restaurants and fun but could come back and relax in our large room.
Cons: The bathroom is small with a dusty vent that didn't work. The floral air mister in the lobby is way to strong for someone with allergies.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Despite the somber circumstances of dealing with the recent loss of a family member, the staff went above and beyond to be understanding and accommodating during our New Year's Eve stay.
I booked two balcony double rooms, one for myself and another for my parents. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff displayed genuine kindness and empathy that truly touched our hearts. They were professional and compassionate, making us feel supported during a challenging time.
The rooms were impeccably clean. This cleanliness, combined with the overall ambiance, created a comfortable and welcoming environment for our stay. The convenient location of the hotel added to the positive experience, making it easy for us to explore and access various restaurants and tourist spots in the French Quarter.

Location - that’s what you pay for. Room pretty, heating not working in our room, so the first night was chilly, second night the weather got nicer so it wasn’t that cold in the room. It’s an old style chateaux/hotel so rooms are not very big, but who cares it’s New Orleans no one is spending time in their hotel rooms anyways. Bathroom is quite spacious though. Rooms are very quiet which is fantastic after spending hours on loud Bourbon Street. It’s literally 3 minutes walk to Bourbon St. Woken up at 6:30 by fire alarm and hotel evacuation on New Year’s Day soooo not impressed but I hope this is not happening regularly lol Overall location great, room ok.

Loved the old architecure

Property was worn down with worn out carpet throughout and worn out furniture. The room was smaller than expected, definitely too small for a family and we had a larger room with two beds. The bathroom was so small that you could not reasonably close the door while standing near sink. The staff were all friendly, however I do wish they would have agreed to refund us something. We checked out after one day due to it being unmanageable for our family.

Great location, and very quiet while being only a block from vibrant and bustling bourbon street.
Weak water pressure though and a mild musty smell in room. Would have liked a small desk in room.

Great location to be close to Bourbon St in the French Quarter. Only down fall is lack of parking and our room had a water leak in it.

From the check-in staff to the Valet attendants, everyone was very friendly. Valet parking is across the street in a safe enclosed area. Walking distance to Bourbon & French Quarter was an added plus. I would definitely stay there again with my family.
